27th May 2026 (22 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
2nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Ohh wow, we cannot recommend Webbs Estate Agents enough. We have used them on several occasions, and they never fail to deliver! The staff are truly outstanding, as not only are they knowledgeable, but always make time to assist and support you from start to finish. A speacial mention to Pauline, who went above and beyond to find solutions, and thereby relieve some of our stresses with a particular difficult house purchase.
25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

26th May 2026 (23 days ago)I would just like to express our thanks and appreciation to Simon and Byron and all the team at RJ in Sydenham. They were very professional from start to finish dealing with the sale of my deceased mothers home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always on the end of the phone to help with any issues we had along the way. They also got us the sale price they said the could get us. All in all a brilliant service and I have no hesitation in recommending RJ for your house purchase or sale. Thanks again Tony

19th May 2026 (30 days ago)We completed the sale of our house via Alan De Maid (West Wickham) following what was a stressful, rollercoaster sale experience. James, Andrea, Hannah and Connie could not have done more to get our house sold. From initial marketing, viewings, securing a completed chain and ultimately getting the sale 'over the line', ADM were there every step of the way - going above and beyond dealing/chasing solicitors and involved estate agents. They were always there to support us throughout the process. The team, led by James, were professional, always kept us informed and responded positively to our phone calls - which proved reassuring during the ups and downs of the conveyancing process. Thank you ADM ?????? Highly recommended.

They were both helpful and supportive, but I’d especially like to thank Jack for being so accommodating and responsive whenever we had any questions or issues. 15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.- 28th May 2026 (21 days ago)Had very good experience with this estate agent. 23rd May 2026 (26 days ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

2nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I was highly recommended by a close freind of mine of a newly sited independent estate agency in the heart of South Croydon for the sale of our properties. I cannot express enough to anyone in using Marriot Vernon without a doubt. The expertise, knowledge guidance and the transparency. The beginning to the end is a complete story of helping in any avenue of assurance and comfort. There is no hidden, minute clauses, charges, percentages and tied into wrangles of advertisement of a sale in there contracts or promises which other agents do. This is a an agency what they say they do the end. They are open to competitors and I know fully well they command a prestigious elevated position, which one is drawn too. Anyone out there thinking of selling it is a home to a home, team effort and work ethos. Within 2 weeks of advertisement of the sale of our property I had an offer right through completion that's a result! Straight forward and no hidden agendas. Try them you wont be disappointed I am glad I did so thanks to my freinds recommendation and now I am highly recommending you. 17th Jun 2026 (1 day ago)After years of using the big established estate agents and never been completely satisfied I decided to try a local independent estate agent Grafton and I’m glad I did,right the start Tariq the owner was on the ball keeping me informed offering sound advice and always on the end of the phone if I had something I needed to discuss,something that rarely happens with the bigger estate agents,Grafton are now managing my flat and I would definitely recommend them if your buying,selling or renting

She consistently kept in touch with me, even while I was on holiday, and worked hard to chase the seller’s solicitors due to the property being sold through probate. Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one. They even provided a first time buyers box as a welcome gift after I bought my property which was nice. I would highly recommend Chloe’s services moving forward.
