They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

Mark in particular is an example of what a great estate agent should be like!!! Top professional!!! Can't recommend Mark enough: no call left unreturned, direct communication (I mean how many estate agents can you communicate with directly on WhatsApp?), swift action, will go above and beyond, very people-centric approach, will make the deal go through regardless of setbacks or delays caused by lawyers, bureaucrats and others involved in the process. And very trustworthy - a word of a man! Very happy with my home!

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

28th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We were very pleased with the service offered by Black & Blanc. They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.

We had really tight timescales and I honestly dont think we would have managed it without him. He was professional, friendly and had a good sense of humour when we needed it! My move was complicated but the team were able to provide creative solutions to help the transition and completion. Always one step ahead in chasing buyers, the rest of the chain, other estate agents and solicitors. Frequently ahead of my solicitors in providing intel and progress. The team work really hard and as a local firm are able to provide a personal, friendly and wholesome service. No gimmicks or hard sells and teated me as a person not a number. They provide a personal touch when dealing with clients. Flexible and helpful going out of their way to support me during my sale. Incredible team and a big shout out to Dan and Lorraine. Thankyou team for always being there for me and my daughter and always going above and beyond. I cannot thsnkyou all enough xx

Zero empathy, absolute chaos in communication, Zero integrity. They tell you something today and completely opposite the next day . Have worked with agents before and never had such experience. Their way of handling a transaction made us think is it worth going all the trouble to get a place of our own. So demeaning and prejudiced team. Zero transparency . Zero stars . Hope the team could treat people better.

I would very much recommend this company as they live up to the expectations we expect from estate agents nowadays.
14th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Brilliant experience from start to finish by the whole team from LOFT. They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!
