She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. The service was personal, friendly and professional throughout, and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>A special mention must go to Edward Tory, whose communication was absolutely outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond and made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>It was a genuinely excellent and very personal service from start to finish. 3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works

31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We were impressed with their post sales service. We were buying/selling within a chain where Jackson-Stops Oxted was one of the appointed estate agents. We felt that Jackson-Stops were the most diligent of the estate agents in the chain, and they were best at ensuring that all parties in the chain were moving forwards. They seemed most aware of progress and any hitches in the chain at any given point. All fees being equal, we would use Jackson-Stops next time we sell a house.
19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Their guy couldn’t be bothered to show up, so he simply didn’t. When I called to ask if anyone was coming as I was already at the property the guy was unfriendly about it. Waste of my time

Charles is super attentive, responsive and so friendly and personable. Anything I needed, any question I needed answering (and I had a fair few), Charles was always there to help with a smile. Thanks to Marriott Vernon I have found my dream home and I'm so appreciative of how they dealt with the process (and me!). Also special mention to Alison & Ian who also assisted me in the progression of the sale - both super lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this agency.
