8th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Spent six months purchasing a property with Park and Bailey where the Seller pulled out just before exchange. Lots of half truths, poor communication and structure.

10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Fantastic experience with Saunders from start to finish. We’ve just exchanged contracts on our sale, and the whole process was made so much smoother thanks to the team. I mainly dealt with John Ramsey , and his expert advice, guidance and constant support were truly helpful throughout. If you’re looking for a professional and reliable estate agent, I highly recommend Saunders.
19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Grant and Nicola have both been incredibly helpful, friendly and informative throughout the entire process of purchasing my first property. They always replied to every email and phone call promptly and with good advice. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you to both of you!
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)What can I say to truly convey my positivity and trust towards the team at the Caterham Branch in their true value - All the team have been polite/helpful, proactive and no task is too much for them.
We put our house on the market in Chaldon, at what proved to be a very tricky market this summer. The branch manager, Daniel was very honest in his valuation initially. We tried the higher value but despite their best efforts in marketing fully for us, we had no joy. Following a price reduction suggested by us, the team stepped up the marketing again, re-listed to potential purchasers and immediately updated the websites. Here we are, 9 viewings later and now under offer, chain complete, our purchase confirmed and solicitors in touch. Fingers crossed this will progress to completion now, I have faith in the team.
Special mentions to Kristine and the lovely Lily-Mae and of course, Daniel for his patience and superior experience of property sales in the area.
Highly recommend if you are thinking of marketing your property in Chaldon or the local area!
3rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I recently bought my first property through Homecastle and they were excellent. Very fast to respond and helpful with all my clueless queries throughout. Would highly recommend.
17th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)From start to finish Walter and Mair were fantastic, especially Bethany and Sara polite and professional and very knowledgeable staff, Bethany kept us updated all the way through would definitely recommend to others. Thank you again
11th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)We cannot thank Tiarnae enough for everything she did throughout both our home sale and purchase. From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.

Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.

Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Tiarnae is a real credit to the South Croydon branch and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised.

We would highly recommend Tiarnae and Salal to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you again for all your hard work and support.
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)The best estate agents in town! ?????

I’ve spent the past year or so looking for a home, with a modest budget and a wish list that was perhaps a little more ambitious! It hasn’t been an easy search, and there have been more than a few disappointments along the way. But the team at Bairstow Eves have made the whole experience so much easier.

From Louise’s diligence and forward thinking, to Jonathan’s charm, character and expertise, Corinne’s knowledge and gentle reassurance, and Nick’s efficiency and ability to get things moving, everyone has brought something special to the journey. Louise and Johnathan were especially exceptional; what a team!

They’ve reassured me through the setbacks, kept my spirits up and never made me feel that finding the right home was too much to ask. When my optimism was running low, they always seemed to have some in reserve.

Now, in September 2026, they’ve helped me find my forever home. There’s still the final stretch to go, but I’m so grateful to have them alongside me.

Thank you all for your patience, kindness and hard work. I’m looking forward to the moment I can finally collect those keys!- 27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Baistow Eves Kenley. A very efficient friendly team.
In particular Dianne who is on the ball with every aspect of your sale and purchase. Thank you. Kim O.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I had a brilliant experience with Bond & Sherwood.

A special shout-out to both Amy and Craig. They were exceptionally attentive, patient, and made the whole interaction feel seamless. They took the time to listen, address every question with care, and were wonderfully personable throughout.
It is rare to find service that is both highly professional and so genuinely warm and approachable. Thank you both for such fantastic support!
25th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Absolutely shocking the service received. The staff do not know how to communicate with each other. They do not even know what is going on with a client. Stay away. All they care about is their fees. No professionalism from this company. They will waste your time.
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)over promised under delivered. Over valued.
1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We cannot speak more highly of the service Paul and the team have given. The communication is clear, the management of viewings is controlled and the feedback is considered and always well received. My partner suggested we go with Paul Oshea and it was the best decision. I would most definitely recommend.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Despite not completing a purchase with Haboodle (personal reasons), I wanted to highlight the exceptional services provided by Dan, providing meaningful insight and advice, whilst also offering to view the property on multiple occasions including out of normal working hours. Appreciate your services, Dan and hope to do business again in the future.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a very good experience selling our property with Christies. Dylan and Joe were very professional and the communication was excellent.
11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We had a fantastic experience buying our new home. Ashley was proactive and responsive the whole way through, friendly to deal with and went above and beyond to help manage the chain and make sure our purchase got over the line!
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Joseph Marks and Josh McGee recently introduced us to a property in Reigate. A viewing was arranged at the week-end and we were met at the property by Julie. We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area. Julie answered all our questions, the property “ticked all the right boxes” and we made an offer the same day.
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Lotus were fantastic from start to finish. Always proactive, kept us well informed, and their energy and local knowledge really stood out. Satnam made the whole process feel much less stressful and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We'd happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
