They are all professional, hardworking and approachable and help to make selling your home as stress free as possible. Adam Fahy in particular is an exemplary employee. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly and helped me on many occasions to make house viewings run smoothly. He is an absolute asset to the company.

She was at the property in time, showed us around, discussed the potential of the property and helped us visualise what could be done. She gave us time and even called to find out how we wanted to proceed. She was very professional, expert at her job and courteous. Wish all estate agents were like that. Thanks Louise. The whole team, with a particularly HUGE shoutout to Amy and Lee, are brilliant! Always quick to offer advice and assistance with anything we needed. Having worked with our fair share of different agents over the years, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest and we cannot recommend them enough!
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Adam was so very kind to my frail, old Dad who was giving up living independently after losing his wife, and was also unwaveringly supportive of me despite my lack of understanding about the way real estate sales work in the UK.<br>Adam did what he promised and helped me sell my elderly father’s large flat in Hove promptly, with as little stress as possible, for the price we had hoped for. And he accomplished this for me transatlantically as I live in Canada. His recommended solicitor, Helen Rowe of DMH Stallard, was equally excellent. I would recommend this team to anyone! I am beyond grateful for their assistance at this most challenging time.

Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, we never found ourselves chasing for updates or wondering what was happening. They were always one step ahead, keeping us informed and making everything feel effortless. Within just two weeks, they had secured two excellent offers, and our house sold incredibly quickly. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like just another client being moved through a process. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

3rd Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy
