The staff were very friendly and helped with any queries I had, whilst keeping me up to date with the process and what was required. I really recommend them :)
18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Pretty poor experience with this agency. I was a first time buyer, found a property & had everything sorted ect. Paid what ive now found out was an extortionate fee to obtain my mortgage compared to other brokers who were half & even 1/4 of the price. Now I will say Naz was absolutely brilliant, not the easiest to get hold of but brilliant at what he does. In terms of being kept up to date with the sale, communication was incredibly poor, with me having to keep emailing & calling. The seller messed me around for over 6 months to the point my mortgage expired & I lost the will to live. I started looking for another house, ( with connells in stratford) viewed it & within a week was told i was successful. 24 hours later I had the buyers agreement signed & done & should be the house within 8 weeks. Sellers who arent organised,waste people's time, have no intention of moving ect should be heavily fined or blacklisted. The seller could have done what alot of people do & rent privately to allow the sale to proceed but this woman has been nothing but a pain In everyone's backside. Thankfully im now buying a beautiful home thats much bigger, doesnt need any work ect & the staff at stratford are on it - making this happen. The lack of communication from this branch has left a source taste, & are not somewhere i would recommend, pleasant & lovely ladies but communication is definitely lacking.luckily I will now have my first & final home. Another big thankyou to Naz though ??
11th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS. EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house. Edit 1/6/26 still no reply, avoid this company. 11/6/26 I have received another email reminding me to renew my mortgage, clearly GDPR means nothing to this company. I still have not received an email which I was promised in reply to this review.- 3rd Sep 2026 (24 days ago)We approached RA Bennett because friends had shared good experiences with them.<br><br>They were quick to respond and create a marketing plan. They also found a buyer before the house was listed on Rightmove.<br><br>They managed the whole sales process well, with good communication and good humour. Very good value for money.

20th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Buying a flat in London is a genuinely intimidating process, especially once you realise you don't have anyone on your side. The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. If you're buying in London and want someone who will actually fight your corner, I can't recommend her highly enough.

From the very beginning, Clair has been incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. The whole process felt very smooth from my side, which isn’t always the case when buying a house.<br><br>Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend Matt and Crabb Curtis.

We have purchased our new property through HS Homes, and from the start of the process to the end we have had a great service. Nicola has been fantastic and kept us updated on any developments throughout so we were always fully aware of what was happening elsewhere in the chain. We really appreciated Nicola's proactive approach and feel that without Nicola and Fran's efforts to get our sale over the line we would still be waiting to exchange. A huge thank you to HS Homes. 14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)We chose Margetts for our sale as they were already handling the property we wanted to buy. From the very start the service and support were excellent. They produced a very high quality video of our house with drone footage and got it all done quickly. The personal service from Oliver, Ray and all the team made a huge difference. They really worked hard to move the process forward and were always quick to respond to our queries - even out of hours or when on holiday! Oliver went above and beyond on several occasions when we ran into some difficulties and acted as an invaluable go-between us and the vendors of the property we were buying. It is hard to imagine that any other agent could provide this level of support and reassurance. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone in the Warwick area thinking of moving.
