While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

Moving to London felt quite scary, but Ella made the whole process so much easier from start to finish. 28th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I’ve had a nightmare experience with john co since the very beginning. First, they were incredibly inefficient with the move-in process, delaying my tenancy start date by three weeks and leaving the property vacant for that entire time. What makes this even more ridiculous is that they failed to carry out mandatory safety inspections (EICR, Gas Safety, EPC) during those three weeks of vacancy. Instead, they have contacted me three times in just my first three weeks of living here, demanding access for various contractors. It feels as though they are using me as an unpaid property manager to coordinate their overdue maintenance. If you value your time, privacy, and mental peace, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their management is a complete mess.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
