I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! 7th May 2026 (17 days ago)Martyn Gerrard are exceptional estate agents. We had put an offer in on a home we wanted to buy but needed to sell our 2 bedroom maisonette to finance it. The pressure was on but within 1 week Martyn Gerrard found us a great buyer and negotiated his offer up to an amount that worked for us. The buyer they found was high quality as well, moving quickly themself but also being patient in our chain when needed. Martyn Gerrard managed the whole sales process seamlessly. They are more expensive compared to some competitors (we got valuations from 2 other firms who would have charged less) but they are worth every penny. I don’t think anyone else could have delivered the results they have! Will recommend them to everyone I know. Special shoutout to Adriano who is just exceptional!

Would wholeheartedly recommend leaning on their experience in North London - thanks to the whole team involved and I have no doubt we will remain in touch over the years ahead.

I decided to sell with them for this reason, and also because they did not immediately start trying to sell me financial products, which I always find off-putting. Vanessa McCallum Estates obviously care very much about the community they serve, and they worked hard to find a lovely family to buy my property. A friendly and professional service throughout. 16th May 2026 (8 days ago)Made a deal with Khilan which he accepted. He then made a 'eweturn' on the agreement and reneged on his deal. Not a person or man of his word. Also has incredibly oversized feet for his height and stole a staff members lunch (delicious Pizza) from our premises. Do not trust this person.

30th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
