9th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.
9th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

What stood out most was how she remembered me and my specific requirements, always recommending properties that truly fit what I was looking for. If you want an estate agent who actually listens and cares, ask for Phoebe Wilkinson!

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience stress-free.<br><br>They found us a wonderful little cottage and guided us through every step, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The team were always professional, and incredibly efficient.<br><br>Their spacious, and welcoming office in Farnham reflects the excellent service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charters Farnham to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about its clients.

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

James valued and marketed our property just right. He kept us in the loop throughout and without his diligence, perseverance and going the extra mile, I don't think we would have got the deal done. We can wholeheartedly recommend James and his team to all, 100% trustworthy and honest, we were very fortunate to have got them on board.
22nd Jul 2026 (14 days ago)It's been a brilliant experience moving with Winkworth and I have to give a massive thank you specifically to Jamie Solis who helped us sell our property and buy a new one - great communication throughout the whole process, always able to answer our questions (millions of them...) and generally just a calm, patient, reassuring and informed guy, who was clearly very motivated to get us the house we wanted, and to sell ours.<br>We've experienced a few estate agents in Farnham and Winkworth were far and away the best experience we've had. Thanks Jamie and team!
1st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have bought and sold through Charters in Alton on a few occasions now, they are extremely personable and go the extra mile to provide an exemplary service - they make the effort to understand what I want when I am looking to purchase, and again when selling they have never let me down, they have amazingly sold more than one property for me immediately to the first person who has viewed. (This backs up that they do not waste peoples time, they get to understand what you are looking for and match you to a property - this is only achievable when you are an expert in your job!). Charters Alton are totally friendly, professional and informative with a nothing is too much trouble approach - this has been proven by Sarah, Jane, Toby and not forgetting Lisa who is part of the progression team. I would only ever go to Charters as first port of call when it comes to selling my property. Well done on completing the sale and purchase for me, fabulous as always, and once again you never let me down!

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.
16th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. 12th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We recently sold our house through Jeffries & Dibbens Havant and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>A special thank you to Rob, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Our move became extremely stressful at times and the final few days really went down to the wire, but Rob was always available, kept us updated, chased everyone constantly and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving.<br><br>He was honest, proactive and clearly genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. Without Rob’s help, we honestly don’t think the move would have completed when it did.<br><br>A huge thank you to Rob and the whole team at Jeffries & Dibbens Havant. 18th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)This has genuinely been the worst experience I have ever had with any estate agent. Having been both a homeowner, a landlord and a tenant over the years, I have dealt with plenty of property professionals. I have never experienced a company that has caused this level of unnecessary stress, frustration and conflict.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy, repairs that were clearly the landlord's responsibility were repeatedly delayed despite constant chasing. When contractors were finally instructed, some later contacted me directly because they were struggling to get paid by Bourne and asked me to assist. I also found myself repeatedly having to defend myself against accusations that I had failed to communicate with contractors or had somehow caused delays. On more than one occasion I had to produce complete email chains, WhatsApp messages and text conversations to demonstrate that what I was being accused of was simply incorrect.<br><br>The end of my tenancy has been even worse. I have repeatedly been told that I am contractually required to do things that, after carefully reviewing my signed tenancy agreement, simply are not required.<br><br>Whenever I have challenged these demands, instead of receiving a professional explanation, I have felt intimidated, spoken down to and placed under unnecessary pressure. Time and time again I have had to refer Bourne back to their own tenancy agreement and provide documentary evidence to correct information I had been given. No tenant should have to spend their time proving that an estate agent is wrong about the very contract they are administering.<br><br>The overwhelming impression throughout my tenancy has been an organisation more interested in creating pressure than resolving problems. Rather than acting as a professional intermediary between landlord and tenant, I have found Bourne to be confrontational, dismissive and, at times, wholly unreasonable.<br><br>My advice to anyone considering using Bourne Estate Agents is simple: keep every conversation in writing, retain every email, text message and WhatsApp conversation, and read your tenancy agreement yourself rather than relying on what you are told. In my experience, it is the only way to protect yourself.<br><br>Without question, this has been the most stressful and disappointing experience I have ever had with an estate agent, and I would never choose to use Bourne Estate Agents again or recommend them to anyone.
15th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Well, where to start, the Churchods team from Farnham were great from the off.<br>Numerous viewings without any problems, questions answered as quickly as possible and then came the difficult part!<br>Kate Clapham chased both sets of solicitors relentlessly until we had completed the purchase.<br>Kate was extremely professional, helpful and certainly made the transition a lot more easier than it could have been.<br>The beautiful flowers we received at the time of picking up the keys certainly made the day after moving in.<br>Can’t thank you enough Kate, please pop in whenever you’re passing ??????<br>Frank & Margaret

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

They kept us informed of suitable properties, accommodated our many viewing requests, and always took the time to get answers to our questions from the vendors.<br><br>James has gone above and beyond to help make our purchase go through as smoothly as possible. Despite the many challenges we encountered along the way, his dedication, persistence and excellent communication helped us get over the finish line.<br><br>It has been an absolute pleasure working with James and the whole team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seymours Grayshott, and when the time eventually comes to sell our home (hopefully a long way off!), they’ll be our first choice.
