The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)????? Libby, Mike, and the team at Bridges were outstanding — they didn’t just sell our house, they helped us find our forever home. Mike came to value our property and is genuinely one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of working with. Honest and transparent - and very personable. We knew he and Libby would get get the job done. From the moment we listed, they had buyers through the door within days from their existing client base, resulting in 3 offers at or above asking price. On the buying side, Libby really listened to what we were looking for and, thanks to Bridges’ impressive portfolio, was able to secure us a first viewing on the exact street we’d had our eye on — and then went on to secure the property for us too. What made the whole experience so seamless was how well they managed both sides of the transaction. Libby is a fantastic negotiator, communicated clearly throughout, and went above and beyond organising follow-up viewings with our architect and surveyors. Always responsive, always professional. One of the best — if not the best — estate agents in Fleet. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Paul in particular stood out — when we made an offer on a property, he genuinely listened to our reasoning and clearly articulated our position to the vendor. Unlike some agents, he made us feel understood rather than dismissed, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who truly got where we were coming from. The team continued to proactively share properties that matched what we were looking for, staying engaged and helpful throughout. Although we ultimately purchased a property not listed with them, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mackenzie Smith — professional, friendly, and a cut above.

2nd Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)Victoria and Amalia at McCarthy Holden were both brilliant throughout our search, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Amalia was incredibly proactive — constantly reaching out with properties she thought would suit us and quick to book viewings whenever we expressed interest. Always on it, always one step ahead. Victoria was a true standout. She came to value our property and, even though we didn’t end up listing with McCarthy Holden, she remained completely professional and continued to suggest and show us homes that fit our criteria without any hesitation. What really set her apart though was her warmth — she was always so kind and welcoming to our 9-month-old who joined us on viewings, keeping them entertained throughout. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and it didn’t go unnoticed. A fantastic team — professional, friendly, and genuinely lovely to deal with.

Because of that positive experience, I decided to use them again when it came to selling my property, and I received the same helpful and supportive service from start to finish. Bradley was always easy to contact, kept me updated throughout, and was incredibly helpful whenever I needed advice or reassurance. Everything ran smoothly and I would highly recommend EweMove to anyone buying or selling a home.

We didn’t have to chase them and they helped us with chasing solicitors. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process, were always friendly when we contacted them and made a stressful process far less stressful! Plus they work really cohesively as a team and if our main contact was ever unavailable, the rest of the team were helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicholsons to anyone - brilliant service. Alex was our main contact and he was fantastic!

29th May 2026 (22 days ago)Cannot recommend Te Koop Estate Agents enough. I had moved back to England at the end of last year and was finding it hard to find a property to rent for myself and my son. I must of spoken to most other agents locally before finding Te Koop so I can honestly say they are by far the best to deal with in every way. Frank was so knowlegable and helpful that I was through referencing and into the property unbelievably quickly. He has been so easy to deal with and has made what was a difficult to navigate process with other agents absolutely seemless and easy to understand in every way.- 16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)So I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
