Through all the ups and downs they never faltered. Communication was excellent, they never broke a promise and finally got it to the finish line - when many other agents would have dropped it as too much hard work. I will always appreciate the care and attention that helped me through the most difficult times.

She was so lovely to speak to and made the whole process less intimidating for a first time buyer. No question was a stupid question and it felt like talking to a friend. Highly recommend

She was very professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable and reassuring in her approach. Her feedback from the vendors was always prompt, professional and very eloquent. 24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

5th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
