Gemma and Rochelle really kept the process going from the point of agreeing the sale through to completion - lots of good communication between them and the buyers; other agents and solicitors. A great team, well done!

He showed me around the property, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions.<br>Robert was really helpful and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how he took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. I’d definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a friendly and professional estate agent.
23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely perfect!<br>Julie and Yvonne answered all my queries with empathy and human warmth, making me feel comfortable to rent my first place on my own with them.<br><br>From the initial viewing to handing in my notice I was always impressed.<br><br>The response times were super quick, with no issue left unfixed. Straightforward no nonsense application and tenancy set up. Can’t fault them or the service they gave me.<br><br>Wish I could use them for everywhere I rent! 1st Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

The whole team were excellent throughout and always gave us confidence that our property would sell. Their knowledge of the local market was clear from day one, and the marketing photos and floor plan looked brilliant. Communication was always prompt, and they kept us fully informed after every viewing. A special mention must go to Emma Ellis, who was incredibly informative, helpful and proactive throughout the process. I would give Emma 10/10 for her support and for helping to drive the sale through to completion. The estate agents put me in contact with a very useful Mortgage advisor, who made that side of things extremely easy (especially for someone new to the process). The agent overseeing my purchase was Kyle, who kept me informed regularly throughout the process and who was extremely useful in answering questions etc throughout the whole thing. Thank you!

30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I have decided to do a follow up review on the back of my wife’s original. DPSH have represented us on 2 occasions and have been excellent both times. Nicole and Sam, supported by Mark, Jack, and Millie, this time round. This latest sale was very stressful due to a 6 month time waster, and the patience and support shown by DPSH was amazing throughout. In fact I find it incredible that the person responsible for messing us about for 6 months has actually put an extremely negative review on here against DPSH. Trust me, some of his detail is laughable, and DPSH did suggest that I relist after 3 months of dealing with this character and I didn’t take their advice - more fool me! Please see the later review of our ACTUAL buyer, which is a glowing report of how DPSH operate. I could really go to town on the poor review but won’t because tbh I can’t be bothered, DPSH did a great job at dealing with a difficult process. - thanks guys.
