29th May 2026 (22 days ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Aaron. From the very beginning, the house was presented beautifully. The photos and video were excellent and really showed the property at its best. Aaron organised an open day which brought in over 30 viewings, and the level of interest he generated was far beyond what we expected. Most importantly, he achieved a sale at £30,000 over the asking price, which we were absolutely delighted with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron kept us fully updated and was always available whenever we needed him. One thing we particularly appreciated was that he was our sole point of contact from start to finish. He personally hosted all the viewings and dealt with everything directly, which gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole process feel much more personal. Once the offer was accepted, everything moved incredibly quickly and we completed within 7 weeks. We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone thinking of selling. He worked extremely hard for us, communicated brilliantly, and delivered a fantastic result.

The property was well-maintained, and my stay was comfortable and stress-free. 3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Jeremy and William, as a sales team are superb. No problem was too hard to solve, lots of local tradesmen to deal with any issues. Answering emails out of working hours, helping with so many things. In a very difficult market they stuck at it, circumventing some odd non purchasers and deal was done. Thank you gents, would thoroughly recommend them, the last independent estate agent in Blackheath.
30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Sevenoaks and Blackheath) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we had an offer and we have been singing their praises. Please do give them a ring you will be looked after from day one.

5th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. Highly recommend Brackett’s Tonbridge.

Their desire to build a relationship with us was noticed immediately and it was obvious that they were on our side and keen to do their very best for us. We really felt we could rely on them to achieve our goals. At every juncture, communication was clear and professional whilst still maintaining that personal level of integrity. We could not have had a better experience and would 100% recommend the services of this caring, professional and honest team. In particular I should like to thank Sam Turner and Katherine Hunter who have worked so hard on our behalf and have been working tirelessly to help us on our way.
28th May 2026 (23 days ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.
10th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had my property up for sale with them for nearly a year and only a couple of offers, one of which was accepted and fell through. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

Solid advice when needed, also took their advice on conveyancer choice and that was a good move too. In addition to Dan thanks in particular to Naomi, Sharon, Lorraine, Abi, Marisa, Claire who all were a great help in the process.
