The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.

From start to finish, Isabelle has been extremely helpful and professional and a joy to work with. Communication has been fantastic, I would highly recommend working with the Sevenoaks office.
5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

From the initial meeting with Micheal we felt assured that we were being marketed at a fair value and to the right market segment. The support from Alison, Emma and Karen has been consistently professional and friendly throughout and their ongoing advice and guidance made the process reasonably straightforward. The photography and marketing materials are very professional and honest in every detail

From sale agreed, at our asking price, to completion in just eight weeks is no small feat, and as a former estate agent myself, I know just how rare that is. It speaks volumes about the professionalism and efficiency of Meghan and the team. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They were consistently proactive, responsive, and genuinely on top of every detail, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. It’s clear that they take real pride in what they do, and its always delivered with such a positive and cheerful attitude If you are hesitating about instructing Freeman and Forman DON'T!!! An outstanding service from start to finish.

Communication was always prompt, professional and personable and both Sam and Kate showed great support and commitment throughout the process . 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I had a really positive experience selling my property with Dan Thomas & Co. The property marketing strategy was well put together. The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to friends.

From showing us around to chasing solicitor's daily in the final stages, nothing has been too much bother. They were professional, approachable, and had excellent knowledge of the property, which made the viewing very informative. They were always happy to go back to the seller with any questions we had and kept us well updated throughout. We especially appreciated how quickly they followed up after the viewing, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-managed. Overall, a very helpful and reliable sales negotiator – we would definitely recommend them.
