We also had an issue with the gas meter at the property, and Antonio personally helped us sort it out and made sure the problem was resolved.<br><br>We really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Thank you both for making our move and settling into the property much easier. Highly recommended!
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My situation was challenging due to my losing my first buyer, and then the solicitors in the middle of the chain causing unnecessary delays. But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

She was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs during our rental home search and we have managed to find a fantastic home for our family. Jelena and the team are always available at the end of the phone and are quick at responding to all communications. I cannot speak highly enough of their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future home searches!

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We recently used Aubrey & Finn for the sale of our home, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.<br><br>We initially had our property listed with another estate agent but made the decision to move to Aubrey & Finn, largely because of how impressed we were with Mark from our very first conversations. It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. 4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)LOOK ELSEWHERE!!<br><br>One star, and only because zero isn't an option.<br><br>I rented through the West Hampstead branch for a year.<br>For the entire tenancy I repeatedly asked for letterbox keys and never received them. The property manager assigned to my flat changed several times over the year, so there was never anyone accountable and emails routinely went unanswered for weeks.<br><br>Checkout was worse. They proposed nearly £1400 in deposit deductions, including charges for pre-existing issues plainly visible in their own check-in report (a missing radiator cap documented as missing before I even moved in), £300 to clear a few small leftover items, and a £360 cleaning charge despite the full photographic record of the clean I provided. Every figure was a round number with no invoice attached.<br><br>The law puts the burden of proof for deposit deductions on the agent. This felt like a systematic attempt to monetise the deposit instead. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere.

When you walk in and see their office has been done up to resemble a plush London club and they are all dressed in three piece suits you immediately know they are "a cut above". Their highly personalised advice, support and guidance was invaluable.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have dealt with Mirko in 2020 when he managed to get my property rented in less than a week. I look forward to dealing with them in future when I need to find a new tenant.<br><br>This is an update as I wanted to make sure that this review is published. This is at least the third time now I have used Settle East to help me rent out my property. The last time was in August 2023 and now again in August 2026. I was away for the entire process and had to rely on Mirko and his team to resolve issues the new tenant raised at the last minute regarding some of the furniture which needed removing. They also sorted out a new EIRC to make things compliant. The whole experience was very easy for me as they did all the hard work. A thank you to Elif as well who managed most of the details. Not sure what else to say other than I have had positive experiences each time I have used them.

Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process so much smoother and easier for us.<br><br>A special thank you to Clare, who was always so lovely and helpful. After every house viewing, she would follow up with us and keep us updated with feedback. We really appreciated her excellent communication and attention to detail.<br><br>We would also like to thank Elliott for his help and regular follow-ups after our offer was accepted, making sure everything continued to move forward smoothly.<br><br>Tom and James were fantastic throughout the process, always approachable, patient and reassuring.
