The staff were really helpful throughout the whole process, particularly Madelin who went above and beyond chasing solicitors etc. for us which she didn't have to do. They were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Any delays were no fault of Pattinson and were because of other estate agents or solicitors. Can't fault Pattinson in any way! Thank you all!

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely exceptional throughout our house buying journey.<br><br>The process was far from straightforward, with a particularly challenging seller, but Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way. She was relentless in chasing for updates, resolving issues, and keeping everything moving when it felt like progress had stalled.<br><br>What really stood out was her kindness, care, and genuine support throughout the process. She was always reassuring when things became stressful, quick to respond to any questions we had, and made sure we were kept informed at every stage. 23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Awfully managed estate agent, will ignore you when you tell them multiple times that you are renewing your tenancy and will continue to organize viewings in which people would use a key to come in without knocking. Upon signing our tenancy renewal, two months after we had asked them multiple times to do so, Chloe took so long to sign her part, the document expired and we had to do it again!<br><br>They have been a bit better this year, actually sending emails when someone needs access to the property, however, we were given less than 24h notice that a photographer would be coming to take pictures of our flat. This photographer let himself in without knocking 20 minutes early without saying a word to either of us.<br><br>Brunton really lacks respect for the tenants it’s renting to, our landlord is also using Greetham Gilbert to market the house; Greetham Gilbert have been nothing but friendly and respectful of our privacy, waiting 5 minutes if we are not ready, emails of viewings sent a week in advance. If you want an estate agent to manage your student property do not choose Brunton Residential, it is ran awfully!

Nothing is too much trouble, with all team members going above and beyond to help you achieve your desired result. I can not rate this company highly enough - Becky is extremely efficient with paperwork and Matt a joy to work with, with his tireless ability to crash through any obstacle that may present itself. This company is outstanding and is a cut above all the rest at every turn. A company to watch, no question. We are so very grateful.
