They handled my mother’s long-distance house sale and purchase with professionalism, kindness and remarkable efficiency, making what could have been a very stressful process feel seamless.<br><br>Their communication, patience and support were outstanding from start to finish-truly six-star service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt informed, reassured and genuinely cared for.<br><br>The final touch when she collected her keys was such a lovely idea and meant so much to our family. It was both practical and incredibly thoughtful, leaving us all deeply touched.<br><br>Every member of the team we spoke to was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. It is rare to receive such consistently excellent customer service.<br><br>Our family are enormously grateful to Jackie and everyone at JNP. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism with genuine care.<br><br>Thank you all so very much.
11th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We booked a viewing with Jo and we arrived 15minutes early. Waited 45 minutes in total. Called them from the start multiple times about their estimated eta. Always said back coming soon. No correspondence from them about lateness. They never showed up or told us to reschedule. Extremely disappointing. Never experienced this with any letting agency ever. Could not be trusted as reliable.

The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the local market was outstanding, and they took the time to understand my needs and deliver exactly what I was looking for. Communication was clear and consistent, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really set them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting or estate agent. A fantastic five-star experience!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)After 18 years of working with Granger & Oaks, I can honestly say they have been exceptional from start to finish.<br>For the entire time, my wife and I have lived in the United States while renting out our property in the UK, and Granger & Oaks have made the experience completely seamless. Being thousands of miles away could easily have been stressful, but thanks to Jonathan and his fantastic team, we've always had complete peace of mind.<br>Every member of the team has been professional, personable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was finding tenants, managing the property, dealing with maintenance, or simply answering questions, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Their communication has always been outstanding, and we've never felt out of the loop despite the distance.<br>After 18 years, we've recently transferred the property to my sister, and I didn't hesitate to recommend Granger & Oaks to continue managing it for her. 20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

Any issues I had were handled promptly and with care, and communication was always clear and reliable. They made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring, with excellent support from start to finish. The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.
23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.
21st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Living in a Robins Estates property deeply tainted my experience of student housing. Although me and my friends found the humour within it they were the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever had to try and cooperate with. Their entire business is faceless and made up of lying estate agents who are simply trying to invalidate the students living in their properties and get away with doing absolutely nothing. Their phone number automatically puts you through to a call service where it is virtually impossible to be passed on to someone who actually knows about the property. And even then you are asked to put the emergency issues into an email which always gets an automated response that they’re out of office. Even when this emergency is an active leak. They do not communicate with their landlords which forced us to contact the property owner ourself, to which he was completely unaware of the leaking roof, rat infestation and many other issues. Even then Robins Estates refused to support us and by the end of the year had practically evicted us when deciding to rip out the bathrooms weeks before the tenancy ended. On top of the kitchen being infested with rats this forced me and my housemates out of our house, something which if we did not have the privilege of being able to go home from uni would have made us have nowhere to live. Robins Estates never seemed to understand the seriousness of these issues and constantly invalided us unless our parents rang up and demanded action in writing to hold them accountable. And even then the issues from when we first moved in were never resolved. Empty promises and lies are the foundations of Ben and Alex’s so called professional techniques. Overall, I will always hold immense anger for Robins Estates and the way they made a group of 7 girls feel so invalidated, helpless and frustrated in a situation that we were PAYING thousands of pounds to be in. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be to find any other estate agent and recommend your friends to stay away from this company. I hope that one day Ben and Alex will understand the seriousness of their job and how absolutely useless they are at fulfilling their roles. Even after being offered reduced rent to stay in the house for another year we were completely set in our decision to leave Robins Estates and the unresolved rat infestation as soon as possible. I am so grateful to now be living in a lovely student house with a very understanding landlord who we have regular contact with and is massively useful. No other groups of students should have to experience Robins Estates.
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

1st Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
