6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)On multiple occasions, I never got a reply from the rental team to my inquiries, by email or phone. They always said the team was busy and would call me back. When I called back after 1-2 days, they said the property was let, however the properties were still showing as available to let on Rightmove and their official website, even after a few days.

Dawn, our sales progressor, was exceptional at keeping all parties informed and motivated throughout. She made sure all parties, including us, stayed on track and worked toward the best outcome for everyone. Earlier in our search, Archie, Seb, and Raffy were all brilliant too. They really went above and beyond when trying to find the perfect property for me and my partner, taking our personal circumstances into careful consideration every step of the way. 29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)?In my opinion, the Abingdon office's lack of communication shows disrespect for someone else’s time and is simply unacceptable. After requesting more details about the property, I received an email and a voicemail requesting that I call back asap, as I was informed that their ''properties are letting very quickly''. I returned the call within 5min and was advised that Gary would call me back because he was busy at that moment. I have been attempting to arrange a viewing for a week now; however, my call has not been returned and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Silence is not an acceptable standard of customer service — particularly after collecting personal information. I have now requested that they erase all of my personal information from their records as it appears my data was collected without any intention of providing the requested service.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
