30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!
5th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We recently sold our property through Hamptons Fleet and have been very pleased with the service we received throughout. The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We haven’t moved house in 40 years and Dan was a calming voice of experience and professionalism throughout the process, especially when issues arose. The later part of the process was handled by Emma George of Parkers who also guided us through the extensive paperwork requirements. We are very grateful to Parkers Estate Agents and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…

He was so helpful through the entire process, ensuring all actions were followed up, and keeping us updated at all times on the progress that it seemed like a no-brainer to return to them when it came time to sell the property. Ben and Simon came with the same enthusiasm, care, and attention that we remembered, helping to remove a lot of the stress usually associated with a house move. Because of that, we'd easily recommend Randalls to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
