She makes you feel supported every step of the way, taking the time to listen and offer honest, expert advice rather than rushing the process. Even though the flat I looked at with Chestertons didn't end up working out, working with Rosie was such a positive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her and Chestertons again in the future. Gillian was incredibly helpful throughout - nothing was ever too much trouble, and the whole experience felt genuinely personal rather than transactional.<br><br>The communication and follow-up were excellent from start to finish, and Gillian consistently went out of her way to make everything as straightforward as possible. A real pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the Mountgrange Heritage team.
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

30th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We were introduced to Clara Bracey at Tavistock Bow by our estate agent in Devon who successfully sold our home last year.<br>As soon as we met Clara we knew she was right for us.<br><br>Clara is charming, fun and authentic and loves her job. We agreed from the start that the road to a successful sale would not be easy because of the London market but she took all the stress away from us from the beginning. She knew straight away which interested parties were worth pursuing and after a few months contracts were signed.<br><br>I highly recommend Clara and Tavistock Bow estate agents. Clara is a first class communicator and has a flare for getting it right. She is also indefatigable!<br>If I had another property to sell I wouldnt hesitate using Clara and Tavistock Bow again.<br><br>Jackie Sherwood

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

5th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had a viewing booked for 3:25 pm and had travelled around 1.5 hours to get there. Before 3:00 pm, I called to let the agent know that due to Underground delays, I would be around 15 minutes late.<br>I was simply told that the viewing could no longer go ahead and that I should rebook for Monday or Tuesday, with no attempt to accommodate a slightly later arrival that day.<br>I understand that being late can affect their schedule, but I gave more than 25 minutes’ notice because the delay was outside my control. After travelling such a long way, I found the way this was handled extremely inflexible and disappointing.

6th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
