Out of the two properties I viewed, one had candles lit in everywhere while the other had none. Furthermore, when I requested a detailed breakdown of the EPC report, they simply handed me a printed copy of the online brochure I had already seen.

Also, I asked them to advertise my property at a slightly lower price than they had advised. They are very knowledgeable, energetic and focused. Let's wait and see if the sale does indeed go to fruition.

He is incredibly professional, thoughtful and considerate, and genuinely takes the time to understand what his clients are looking for.<br><br>He was very patient, attentive to detail and always happy to explain everything clearly. All the properties he recommended were lovely and carefully selected, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Joseph is genuinely one of the most helpful and considerate estate agents I’ve come across.
