3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.
13th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I am a landlord using Portico for the first time. I have to say that Portico were streets ahead of the other estate agents I have dealt with in SW London. They were responsive, flexible and had two quality tenants for two flats within 4 days. This is the first time I have achieved, as tenant, a couple rather than 2 sharers. Hats off to Flora and her team.

24th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

5th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. 16th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He made everything smooth and stress-free, with no delays or complications at any stage. All promises were kept, communication was clear, and he ensured that everything was handled properly and on time. The apartment was handed over in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as expected. It was clear that attention to detail and good management were a priority. I really appreciated how seamless the whole experience was, and I would definitely recommend Abu and Madison Brook to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agent
