At every stage of the transaction, each member of the team knew where we were at and what was needed to move to the next step. Lines of communication were clear and the team were always accessible. Maria in particular went out of her way, and did a stellar job to help push our transaction forward; especially, when dealing with a somewhat slow and non-communicative solicitor.

We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough.
