She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

From meeting Tamer Alici in the beginning to then dealing with Maev Moriarty-Smith who spent many hours getting us to exchange, we were happy with the whole process.

We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... We hope we find our property through his recommendation - that would be the icing on the cake ??????

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. He really went out of his way to find the best options for us, you could tell he genuinely cared that our family found the right place that fitted our ideal requirements. The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. 16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)We cannot recommend Paris Brown highly enough! ?????? ? Honestly, she is just one of those people you feel lucky to have on your side!!!! She took the time to really understand what we needed & not just ticking boxes, but actually getting it, that made such a difference from the start and made us feel at ease. She's warm, empathetic, and genuinely cares. You never feel like just another tenancy to her. It felt like she was looking out for us the whole way through, and would go to bat for us whenever it was needed!!!!! The responsiveness alone sets her apart !!!! she replies so quickly, every time. No waiting around, no wondering if your message got lost. That kind of reliability sounds small but it makes the whole process so much less stressful for us. And the referencing! It's usually such a nightmare. But Paris had everything sorted so efficiently that we were done in under 90 minutes (world record). Genuinely. She was completely on it. If you get Paris, you're in great hands. She's the best, ever!

We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.

He even showed us the property remotely while we were still on our flight to London and supported us through all the final arrangements. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????
