17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)From the initial contact everyone was really friendly, called back when they had promised, booked a viewing without setting up an account or sending tons of property emails that do not meet our search criteria. The viewing was at the time agreed and I felt it was very respectful to the tenant to have a group viewing on one day. Property had multiple offers and the bidding process was clear and fair. A very positive experience!

24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.

Every question, viewing and phone call was sorted quickly, which gave us confidence throughout the whole process. The house buying process was smooth and we believe she was a huge part of that. The sales consultant I had when dealing with viewings and putting in an offer was knowledgeable and honest, and I never felt like I was being squeezed of my money. The other staff such as the sales progressor were all extremely professional and always responded to me in a timely manner and I also liked the sales tracker website Drewery uses. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys on completion. You are in safe hands with Drewery from a buyer's perspective and I would go with them for the future sale of my property.

The flat was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the letting agent. Their efficiency and dedication to my satisfaction were truly impressive. The staff at Comber and Co are excellent and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their professionalism made the renting process seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Comber and Co for anyone looking for a reliable letting agent. My time at 13 Halley Gardens has been wonderful, and I appreciate all the support from the team! My best place of stay while in London.

Through the process of viewing properties I've met a good few estate agents and I have to say David at Truepenny's came across as the most honest and straightforward. No estate agent script or nonsense, no opening of cupboard doors and saying "look you've got a cupboard" (I've seriously had that before) and most importantly, no BS. I also thought the staff at Truepenny's went the extra mile, having seen the property online over the weekend I called the office on a Monday morning and they did a viewing the same day. And finally I was flying by a wing and a prayer at times to get everything across the line and I appreciated David's patience in all of that. I can highly recommend Truepenny's and would certainly use them if I was to sell or rent out my home in the future.
30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the Hamptons teams (Blackheath and Sevenoaks) for managing the sale of our five bedroom property in Chislehurst. Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. 3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.

Communication was great and made me feel very comfortable. I also had communication with George and Marianne too, they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend using their in house mortgage broker, James Sturch. The experience I had with James with second to none. Top guy, highly recommended! Great estate agents, 5 star service!
