The agent provided inaccurate and misleading information, which caused my family to lose valuable time while searching for a property. The sale process felt calm and well-managed, even when things got a bit complicated, and that was entirely down to their team. I particularly want to call out Kyle, who took a hands-on role right from the offer stage and continued to look after us once the sale had gone through. He followed up after completion to check everything was okay, which meant a lot. It felt like a very personal, reassuring service. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I was really impressed when Jake came round mid afternoon, carried out the valuation & then he actually returned a few hours later to drop the valuation off to me in person. When I decided to sell the house in March 2026 I had no hesitation in going with Jake as my sole Estate Agent. Once again I was not disappointed as my house sold in a matter of a few weeks. I was really Impressed with Jake’s cool, calm & collected manner and he is very professional & does exactly what he says he is going to do. Therefore I would thoroughly recommend the services of Allday & Miller.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
