14th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Security is not a thing for them. A stranger entered the building in the middle of the night and activated the fire alarm of my flat by smoking in front of my door. I didn't understand what was happening, I just tried to set the alarm off. Fortunately, I didn't open the door. Anything could have happened if I had done it. The agency never messaged me to ask if I was alright. Long time after the incident, they finally decided to replace the front door lock. But the job wasn't finished on a Friday evening and the door was completely unlocked during the whole weekend. Apart from that, they evicted me saying that the flat would be renovated, which was a lie. But that's a detail. If you want to live in a place where you feel safe, and also feel you can trust your agency, avoid this one.
10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

His vast knowledge of the business appears second to none with many years experience in this local Teddington/Kingston area I will not hesitate to use him to sell my house within the next months!!
18th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.
18th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Rented a flat in Islington from Fraser & Co from 2023 - 2024 with lots of maintenance issues. No hot water for the first 5 weeks. Items left behind from a previous tenant. Freezer drawers coming apart.

18th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely horrible, would not even refer them to an animal. After waiting nearly four months for an accept or decline decision on my offer no contact from Raj. He contacted me 4 times during this period and that was only in the month of February. Incredibly unprofessional and such a poor customer service.
26th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)I rented with Frognal Estates for two years, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whenever anything needed fixing or attention in the flat, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and they were always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The flat itself was a fantastic space, and it's clear that they place a real emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, and great locations. Those were all priorities for me, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality rental.

18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We found our rental apartment through Sunny Bay. The agent was very helpful showing us around the place and the communication has been very clear and easy from the start. After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
2nd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.- 3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Lily was absolutely fantastic. We had a difficult sale and Lily went the extra mile to get it over the line. She was communicative and personable and was a pleasure to work with. Much of the success of our house buying was done to Lily.
