26th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

My assigned agent, Aston, did not attend as expected and was difficult to contact when I needed assistance.<br><br>This review reflects our personal experience.

We have been emailing and calling for over 6 months regarding issues in our property and Wallakers have done absolutely nothing to help or resolve them - or even write back! How can a block management company ignore all of their tenants? From the other reviews I can see our case is not an anomaly, and we have now had to involve the London Rogue Landlord scheme.<br><br>Edit as of 14/07 - Robert has provided his email address within a week of me leaving our review, but has still failed to respond to the previous 8 months of emails we have sent him!
22nd Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I have worked with Irwin & Scott over the past 18 months, during which time they rented, managed and ultimately sold my property, which has recently completed. The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

From the listing to the exchange and completion, everything was seamless. Excellent communication throughout from Ben, Roy and Kym. Thanks very much for making a stressful time so easy.

3rd Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We really enjoyed our stay at York Mansions. The flat was spacious and meant all our needs. The flat was very clean and well kept. The location was great as we had lots of restaurant options a few steps away as well as a grocery store, post office and other shops.<br>Your staff was awesome to deal with when we had an issue with the fans and resolved the problem in a kind and timely fashion.<br>If we return to London in the future we know where we will be staying and won’t hesitate to recommend your properties to others!

Very responsive, any issues are fixed at the earliest opportunity without hassle. Staff are very personable and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency

They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
