The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

Communication was clear and they were always quick to answer questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

Paid £415 holding deposit on 2 Feb 2026 after clearly telling the agent I’d go up to the asking price £1,850 pcm if needed.<br>They kept showing the property and accepted a higher offer while holding my deposit – this goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019, which says stop advertising once a holding deposit is paid.<br>They never told me about the competing higher offer – I would have matched it or gone higher. Communication was unclear, facts were distorted in their response, and the process lacked transparency and fairness.<br>Wouldn’t recommend if you want a reliable agent.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

She was incredibly responsive, kept me informed throughout, and went above and beyond to coordinate with both the contractor and landlord to get the problem resolved quickly. Her efficiency and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for the excellent service!

My journey to selling my property started with a frustrating and ultimately "useless" experience with Purple Bricks. After months of poor communication and zero results, I decided to switch gears and instructed Jamie to take over the listing. It was the best decision I could have made. 25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I strongly advise against trusting Foxtons, as my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. In particular, the agent Andrea Puddu, based in the Wapping office, failed to disclose significant issues with the flat I rented. Only after moving in did I discover numerous problems that had never been mentioned during the process. When I raised these concerns, I received no meaningful support, and the situation was effectively ignored. I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. I would urge others to proceed with caution and carefully consider their options before using this agency.
