We worked with James and Christian predominantly and I can't recommend them enough.- 24th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I found company and specifically their Agents Emmanuel and Hatice to be men of words. They delivered all as initially explained & in line with timelines communicated. Further, they made all of the process very transparent which really makes my experience lovely with them.
25th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Gotta be a scam. Called 5-6 times, e-mailed numerous times. Can’t get any viewings, can’t get a callback. Most likely racially profiling and choosing who they contact. Shame because I found a property I really liked and was ready to pay the year upfront, but after reading the reviews I’m happy I didn’t. Would stay away from this agency!!!

The Hamptons team are experts and I would recommend using them if you have property to rent in the area.- 26th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)We sold our house in Dulwich through Hamptons; excellent service across the board from all their team. Particular thanks to Callum, James and Mel for their many kindnesses and excellent communication along the way. 19th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!

16th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I've had a disappointing experience dealing with Arber, who is responsible for renting our property. He has consistently paid us late, despite repeated reminders and excuses. Even after we formally handed in our notice and requested that tenants pay us directly, he failed to follow through. Despite terminating our contract, he continued to manage our account and still paid us late. It makes me wonder how many other landlords he's treating this way. On the contrary, Charlie, whom I've dealt with in the past when selling my house, is professional and a pleasure to work with. It's unfortunate that Arber's unprofessionalism has tainted our experience. I wouldn't recommend renting with this company. Save your money and find a more reliable option.
