He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!

Gibson in particular was an extremely good communicator and kept us fully up to date when required throughout the process. 4th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a very long and annoying experience with some sellers over the past 9 months, but I was supported by Kayode Odubote throughout and he couldn't have been better at dealing with the situation. Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. Would recommend working with Kayode from seeing properties to getting to exchange/completion.
9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience much easier, and we honestly appreciate everything they did. 16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)We cannot recommend Paris Brown highly enough! ?????? ? Honestly, she is just one of those people you feel lucky to have on your side!!!! She took the time to really understand what we needed & not just ticking boxes, but actually getting it, that made such a difference from the start and made us feel at ease. She's warm, empathetic, and genuinely cares. You never feel like just another tenancy to her. It felt like she was looking out for us the whole way through, and would go to bat for us whenever it was needed!!!!! The responsiveness alone sets her apart !!!! she replies so quickly, every time. No waiting around, no wondering if your message got lost. That kind of reliability sounds small but it makes the whole process so much less stressful for us. And the referencing! It's usually such a nightmare. But Paris had everything sorted so efficiently that we were done in under 90 minutes (world record). Genuinely. She was completely on it. If you get Paris, you're in great hands. She's the best, ever!

He even showed us the property remotely while we were still on our flight to London and supported us through all the final arrangements. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)GetAgent recommended Keatings, which we may not have thought of. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Alexander went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always quick to answer questions, kept me well informed, and showed real care in making sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and approachable in this industry. The whole experience felt efficient and well-managed, and I always felt supported at every step. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I would definitely recommend Parkes—and especially Alexander.
