14th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid avoid avoid Worse than useless. I Put my house on the market with them They showed it to people that were not looking for that type of property just out for the day. No feed back despite several requests for feedback, failed to utilize key features like the summer house in the garden with electric and insulation they said because its an outbuilding they can't utilize it as a selling point, also not showing up for viewings among lots more other failings. When the contract ended I spoke to Rikesh the agent in charge to confirm the end of contract and relisting elsewhere and was told yes it has ended he will push the button to end the listing and I could do what I like in terms of selling with another estate agents. We relisted elsewhere sold and a year later Connells demanded fees for the sale by way of a debt collection company this went on for approximately a year Connells in house complaints procedure is one sided and a joke it finally concluded with the ombudsmen deciding in my favour also stating Connells actions were inappropriate and I received a small compensation settlement so definitely AVOID THEM

Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!

I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

13th May 2024 (5 days ago)April are listeners and grafters. We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line. We will never forget the hard work and effort Erik, Ezgie and Ela put in to helping us sell the property. 1000% recommend these guys to sell your property, and if your fence, take a leap; April wont let you down. Winnie at Circa EC2 helped me with putting an offer in for a property and getting terms and requests approved with the landlord in a very communicative way that advocated for me as a prospective tenant as much as for the landlord, something all too rare in the London market.
