Given the current market, and the fact we had a tenant in the house, it was a remarkable effort getting a great price, with a smooth process. Particular thanks to Gabriella who did a fantastic job getting the deal over the line when there was a few tricky points to smooth over. 5 stars well deserved!

Stephen has allowed us to view the property on multiple occasions to help us make our decision and the transition towards the move in date has been great. They have also made sure all our requirements have been met to begin our tenancy. Would definitely recommend to all.

Two months age we started to look at properties on Rightmove and Martyn Gerrard was among the eight estate agents with whom we made contact. They were proactive on our behalf and the service is excellent both from Ben and James from their Finchley office and from Andre ad Daniel from their Mill Hill office. I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. Anna was supportive, helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with the paperwork, viewings and even in our final move. Such a positive experience for us and would highly recommend them when it comes to finding your new home!

Despite the extensive listings advertised online, when I approached the agent in person, I was informed that no apartments were available. Instead of providing assistance, the agent requested my phone number, promising a call back that never came. Moreover, I felt judged based on my origin, which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate for any business, especially one in the service industry. An agent’s role is to assist potential clients with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background. In conclusion, the lack of professionalism and the judgmental attitude of the agent at Farrel Lewis ,disappointing. It’s crucial for a property agency to offer reliable service and treat all clients equally, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.

Louisa was phenomenal in navigating us and the buyer - and everyone else in the chain on our sale & purchase as the plot thickened - through all the various unexpected challenges. Tough but tactful, Louisa kept everyone calm & onside and we got over the line avoiding any price chips. Let's be honest - sometimes agents don't always get the best press but Louisa 100% earned a five star rating! Indeed, we wish we could give more stars - thank you!
