They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

I never had to wait long for a reply, and the whole process moved quickly. I filled in the paperwork at their office, and they walked me through anything I did not understand, which made a big difference as a newcomer to renting in the UK. Ellisons gave good advice when marketing our property. They were persistent and remained positive when our sale fell through due to problems with the buyer's related sale. They negotiated well when issues arose over the price. They chased solicitors, buyer and their related sale to keep progressing the sale. We would recommend Ellisons for a house sale in Raynes Park.
