From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and straightforward. What really stood out was the level of detail and care he put into every stage of the journey. He took the time to explain every piece of terminology, every step involved, and every option available to me with incredible patience. No question was ever too small, and he always made sure I fully understood what was happening before moving forward. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. He went far beyond simply arranging a mortgage and provided valuable guidance on the properties I was considering. He helped me understand complex issues such as the Building Safety Act, EWS1 forms, leasehold considerations, and other important factors that could easily be overlooked by someone unfamiliar with the process. I would also like to give special thanks to Aryan Shahry at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents. Throughout the purchase, Aryan was incredibly supportive, proactive, and professional. We encountered several challenges along the way, but he consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure progress was being made. His communication was excellent, and his dedication undoubtedly helped accelerate the transaction. Most importantly, he helped me find a fantastic flat that was exactly what I was looking for. Together, Ross and Aryan made an outstanding team. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment gave me confidence throughout the entire process and made what could have been a daunting experience far easier to navigate. 21st May 2026 (24 days ago)We have owned a flat in West Hampstead for over twenty years and Parkheath have been most efficient in finding suitable tenants. We have just sold the flat, again with Parkheath. It has been a protracted and complicated process but a successful one. In the last few weeks our agent, Jason Laanda, has been especially good and helpful at keeping communications going between buyer and seller and smoothing out last-minute difficulties. I can highly recommend Parkheath for their general professionalism and in particular Jason for his customer care.

From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

We worked with Andrew several years ago when we first bought the apartment, and we were so impressed with the effort he went to - we suspect our purchase would have fallen through if it wasn't for him and the work he put into resolving issues. We knew we wanted to work with Andrew again when we eventually sold the apartment, and he delivered! Andrew made the sale process as stress free as possible, and was always available on whatsapp to answer our questions and keep us updated. After probate was granted, the sale progressed smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Miira undertook additional tasks for us such as vacant property insurance inspection visits which minimised our need to travel to the property. The sale completed within 4 months of going to market. Highly recommend!
