23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)Acorn Group and Beth, in particular, were absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my property. Beth was the only estate agent who was realistic on price from the outset (all of the other estate agents I spoke to exaggerated the price so I would pick them to sell the property). Beth (along with her colleagues) managed to get the property sold very quickly and was extremely responsive and proactive while the property was being sold and during the lawyer process to formalise the sale. She is also a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Acorn group over other estate agents!

She was incredibly patient, professional, and always kept communication open between myself and the seller throughout the entire process. There were several challenges along the way, but Katie remained supportive, proactive, and determined to find solutions. No matter the obstacles, she kept everyone informed, chased things when needed, and made sure the process kept moving forward. Her regular updates and reassurance made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to manage. Thanks to Katie’s dedication, persistence, and hard work, we got there in the end. I am so grateful for all her support and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you, Katie ?? you made purchasing my first home so smooth!!

More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.

The team are professional, responsive and clearly knowledgeable about the local market. Fawaz has been excellent in managing the process from start to finish, always keeping me informed and offering practical advice when needed. Bridie has also been incredibly helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly and dealing with queries promptly and efficiently. Laura has been equally supportive, demonstrating great attention to detail and providing clear communication at every stage. As a landlord, it is reassuring to have such a reliable and proactive team handling my property. They take the stress out of lettings and give me confidence that everything is being managed properly. 4th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

15th May 2026 (30 days ago)Can't fault James and Joe at Foxtons! As first time sellers, Foxtons weren't our first choice estate agents, having been told local ones would be our best option. After no luck and generating little interest for over a year, we shifted to Foxtons in the hope that their market outreach might work and it instantly did. Joe and James were great from day one. They helped to generate plenty of interest, were extremely responsive and always happy to help us.
