1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)I found my experience with this estate agent extremely disappointing. I felt the service was dishonest and unreliable, with a lack of transparency and professionalism throughout.<br><br>The property I was shown was in a very poor state, left filthy by the previous tenants, and certainly not presented to an acceptable standard. On top of this, I felt the asking price was considerably overpriced given the condition of the house.
17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Adrian dealt with my sale, and whilst we got off to a quick start, it amounted to nothing having to put the property back on the market. Second time seemed promising, but was hit with many challenges and unnecessary delays. Towards the end of the process, Adrian did pick up and managed to get me through to completion. Having promised me a 2 week turnaround in Feb 2026, it finally completed in Oct 2026. Having said this, Adrian was polite and professional in communications with me and I greatly appreciate his assistance.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve already recommended Tyler and Winkworth to friends selling in Streatham.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and puts in the effort to get things done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and the team. Excellent service from start to finish, even when the journey isn’t straightforward!

29th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Sydney is a complete liar and incompetent. We made an offer and they tried to discourage us, to make us look elsewhere. After stalling and wasting our time for a while, they told us our offer was rejected without any official proof. They are completely unprofessional.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

The whole process was pretty much done within a matter of days with zero stress! We have since moved into that flat and are absolutely in love with it. 14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)**Avoid this agency. My deposit disappeared.**<br><br>Tenancy ended 28 August. It's now early October and my £2,000 deposit has completely vanished. The agent said they’d follow up with the landlord but went unresponsive.<br><br>The agent has minimal leverage over the landlord and little willingness to actually pursue tenants' interests.<br><br>If you're comfortable losing £2,000 with zero accountability, by all means, rent through KFH. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
