From the very beginning, the whole team were fantastic, professional, responsive and genuinely invested in getting our move over the line.<br><br>Like many house moves, ours wasn’t completely straightforward, and we had a particularly stressful moment late in the process when it looked like our sale might fall through. The team were absolutely brilliant. They acted incredibly quickly, kept communication moving between everyone and worked with us to find a way forward. Within days, everything was back on track and we were able to exchange and secure our new home.<br><br>What really stood out was that we always felt we had people on our side who genuinely cared about the outcome, rather than simply managing a transaction. I instantly felt we had a good connection and a similar approach to things and you stood head and shoulders above the other estate agents that came round. Lilly was also very communicative and helpful throughout the sale process. When I told a friend, who has worked in residential property for 40 years, that I'd used Faith at Parsons Green Winkworth, he simply replied, "She's the best agent in London. Good choice." I'd highly recommend the team.

What can often be a stressful and overwhelming process has been made so much easier thanks to Sara.<br><br>It can be hard to find an agent who genuinely champions your search, especially when they have so many clients to manage. From day one, Sara has been friendly, responsive, and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was that she was often the one proactively getting in touch with me, rather than me having to chase for updates. That made such a difference and was a real breath of fresh air during the house-hunting process.<br><br>Too often, you give your details to an agent only to be shown properties that don't match your budget, preferred area, or requirements. Every property Sara recommended, however, felt carefully considered and genuinely aligned with what I was looking for. It was clear she had listened and understood exactly what mattered to me.<br><br>If you're looking for a new home and want someone who truly has your best interests at heart, I'd wholeheartedly recommend asking to speak with Sara. 2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.
21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Foxtons Maida Vale has problems with rental department. They underpaid rent due to me by withholding extra commissions then agreed. Paid me less by over £1500, even we have written agreement. Around 2 months I am chasing them, i wrote everyone: negotiator, head of Maida Vale department, head of the area and general Foxtons compliance. They simply were not responding and not acknowledging my complaint. Total breach of Foxtons own complaint process. Finally after 2 months I got refund. They could’ve been more officiant. I gave them 1 star eventually, but corrected it now as they finally put the things right

As a first time buyer he put me at ease, took me to a see a huge range of different properties and made me feel safe and comfortable to ask questions, and gave me and my mum space to talk. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress?free.<br><br>Abigail is genuinely one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. She made everything feel easy, and her attention to detail and friendly approach made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend her or Martin & Co Battersea Reach more highly.
