13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

They always respond immediately to emails, which is extremely rare these days, and keep us informed every step of the way. She was easy to communicate with — always quick to respond and kept us in the loop without us ever having to chase. What I really appreciated was that the interaction felt caring. The properties we were shown were tailored to us and we got tips and help on our offers. Just a really kind, helpful person who made the whole process so much less stressful. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Isabella at our viewing and offer call, who was similarly kind and helpful! Would absolutely recommend!

1st Jun 2026 (13 days ago)If I could give this agency zero stars, I would.?????? My experience with Ojjeh was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. A copy of our house keys was taken despite there being no signed contract or formal agreement in place. I found this completely unacceptable and concerning. When I requested the return of my keys, instead of handing them back to me directly, the keys were left outside my property under a brick where they could potentially have been found by anyone passing by. As a homeowner, I was shocked that someone would treat the security of my property so carelessly. The whole experience left me feeling stressed, frustrated, and unable to trust this agency. I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for my property, but that was not my experience. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this agency. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to ensure everything is properly documented and to think carefully before handing over access to their property.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Between navigating the conveyancing process, deciphering survey reports, managing a chain that feels like it could collapse at any moment, chasing solicitors, and trying to understand what on earth "exchange" and "completion" actually mean in practice - it can feel completely overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. From our very first conversation, Amanda was refreshingly straightforward. She didn't talk in circles or hide behind jargon - she explained every stage of the transaction clearly, told me what to expect and when, and was honest when things were moving slowly and why. That transparency alone was worth its weight in gold. So many agents leave you chasing them for updates; Amanda was proactive, often calling me before I even had the chance to wonder what was happening. When a complication arose mid-transaction (as they almost always do in UK property purchases), Amanda handled it. She liaised with the relevant parties, kept all sides informed, and kept the deal on track without panic or drama.
