She was professional, exceptionally helpful and flexible with viewings and went above and beyond to help me out as my need was urgent. The staff in the branch were very welcoming during my initial visits so would highly recommend if you are looking for a house in this area. The attached move in box was the last bit of surprising service they offered on the move in date ??????

Whilst selling a house can be stressful, our agent Lily Harris was absolutely wonderful, keeping everything calm and running, chasing solicitors, speaking with buyers and always being approachable. Thoroughly recommend, thank you Lily and Frosts!
24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The whole team at KFH (I dealt mainly with Tim & Charles)<br>were excellent from start to finish. Prompt, proactive, professional and courteous at all times. The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had so many ongoing issues at my house, a broken washing machine since MARCH with countless calls, emails and people coming to “evaluate” or “fix” the issue (it just needs to be replaced!!), people either quit so the comms is lost then the conversation starts all over again (average reply time 5 weeks) or things are lost and not followed up. I will never rent a house through marsh and parsons again. They promise they will call you back and they never do. Have thoroughly documented the condition of my property as I don’t feel confident they won’t try (or even know) what to deduct from my deposit when I eventually leave. So disappointing as I love my house but they’re completely incompetent

As a first-time buyer, I found her service exceptional. She is truly looking out for my best interests rather than just trying to close a deal. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy broker! Also the whole team has been very kind and helpful in my search.

27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Chesterton's staff have been helpful and courteous during several years of interactions with the team in St John's Wood, particularly Marianna and Lenka. The agency fees are not insignificant but have certainly been earned in relation to resolving a challenging tenancy.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

It certainly wasn’t the smoothest journey, particularly when we had to deal with an unexpected water leak from the flat upstairs during the selling process. 2nd Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. It was always a pleasant and professional experience working with Clare, Bonnie and Beck.<br><br>I’ve been renting through Oakwood for nearly 2 years. They made my move-in process smooth and have always responded quickly and been tremendously helpful when any issues come up, particularly Clare, Bonnie, and Beck! Really recommend!

Please be aware when dealing with this agency and their landlords ( who apparently never reply to them but are responsive when signing new tenants) . They will keep your deposit for months and months but will have no problems taking deposits from next tenants ON THE SAME PROPERTY .<br><br>we have been quiet for 2 months but these guys have been holding our deposit despite no issues with check out reports.<br><br>Your agents should be explicitly clear from start IF you agency doesn’t like to release deposits on time .

Thanks very much to Ozzie and the team!- 24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)0 stars if I could - we were strung along for a confirmed viewing this morning and no one showed. Multiple excuses of “travel delays” and then subsequently told “I wasn’t told about your viewing until now”. Meanwhile, we travelled over an hour to the viewing and had to wait almost an hour in the rain while Kaylene strung us along saying someone would be there shortly. You can rent from the property managers directly these days so you’re better off going via JLL etc.
