I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Not a great experience - some agents at Madison Brook, Docklands communicate intentions clearly and in advance, but we have had an agent let themselves into our flat for a viewing with NO prior notice whatsoever, without even knocking on our main door. Just walked straight into our house, and knocked on our bedroom door to check if we were home before conducting the viewing. No respect for privacy. Services throughout the rest of my tenancy managed pretty well otherwise.

Disorganised agency.<br><br>We travelled specifically for one viewing with them, only to arrive and be told by the agent that he couldn’t get the keys because the tenant hadn’t shown up. Why is the tenant handing over the keys at the exact same time potential buyers are turning up for a viewing? Surely this should be sorted beforehand so there’s time to deal with any issues and so you’re not wasting people’s time.<br><br>I’ve now asked Barnard Marcus to show me the property instead, as they also have it listed on Rightmove.<br><br>Before this I was accidentally booked into the wrong viewings and received confirmation emails/texts for properties I’d never agreed to view, followed by various cancellation emails and back-and-forth to get things corrected. I was repeatedly bombarded with emails from their mailing list despite unsubscribing and I had to email two different people more than once asking for the emails to stop.<br><br>I am really put off booking anymore viewings with this agency

Neha Khanna were extremely helpful in finding me a furnished apartment to rent in the short term. Neha showed me the property via video call and handled the entire process, including the agreement, payment and communication with the landlord, in just three to four days, ensuring that we had somewhere to stay when we arrived.<br><br>She is an exceptional professional who didn't just act like a salaried employee, but rather like a dedicated homeowner fully committed to securing the rental. She managed the entire process with speed and reliability. My sincere thanks go to her once again.
