I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.
12th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)We recently purchased a property advertised by Gibbs Gillespie, and we had such a positive experience with all of the staff at this branch (thanks Matt, Taia + others!) In the past, we've had a poor experience as buyers with other agencies, but the staff here seem to do their absolute best to make the experience as smooth as possible. E.g. moving around viewings to accommodate busy schedules, tailored property suggestions for your search, and always finding time to speak on the phone/give a call back. We mostly dealt with Matt, the agent for the property we purchased, who was brilliant. We really appreciated Matt's support throughout the process (particularly as nervous first-time buyers with little experience!) He was always prompt, polite, honest, and helpful with all his replies to our questions. (Hopefully we did not bug you too much, Matt!) Thank you once again for your help!

- 29th May 2026 (16 days ago)I cannot recommend Amy Claiborne-Dixon highly enough. What impressed me most was her persistence, communication and genuine ownership of the transaction. Amy never adopted a "wait and see" approach. She was constantly following up with solicitors, management companies, buyers and all parties involved to ensure momentum was maintained and that nothing slipped through the cracks. There were numerous occasions where Amy proactively chased outstanding enquiries, sought alternative routes to obtain information, and kept all parties updated when communication elsewhere was limited. At several key points in the transaction, she was often the person providing the clearest updates and helping move matters forward. Beyond her professionalism, Amy brought a human element to the process. She was approachable, responsive, calm under pressure and always willing to go the extra mile. Amy is a credit to KFH and an excellent example of what great estate agency looks like. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property and I am extremely grateful for all of her hard work, support and persistence throughout my sale. Thank you, Amy.

9th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.

He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.- 29th May 2026 (16 days ago)We had a good experience with Foxtons. 3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

9th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee.
