As first-time buyers, this was all new to us, but Mesut has been so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He has always been quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we’ve had, making everything feel much less overwhelming.<br><br>He was able to find us the best rates and always took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Mesut to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for someone they can trust.

He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. His helpfulness made the whole process much less stressful, and he ultimately helped us find a flat that was a great fit for us. From my first conversation with Chris, through to follow up with Phoebe, to check-ins with other members of the team, I have felt reassured by their calmness and professionalism. Accommodating requests to let in tradespeople, chasing up with my buyer, it has all felt so easy. And all without compromising the value of the property either. They are worth every penny of their %. I highly recommend them. Thank you Chris and co!

22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)This 5 star review goes solely to Jack Wallis who really went out of his way to help me with some issues I personally paid for and getting reimbursed. There is one person in the office though who wasn’t as great, when I went there he tried just telling me to go elsewhere as that wasn’t the correct office for my request when I’m paying almost £3k in rent. Ridiculous. Jack on the other hand is phenomenal and deserves all the praise possible!!!!!

(1 Star)<br><br>This has been the worst letting agency experience I have ever had.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy I experienced poor communication, delays in dealing with issues, and a lack of professionalism. After moving out, my deposit remained unresolved for several months, causing significant stress and financial hardship while I was trying to secure new accommodation.<br><br>A dispute was raised through TDS, and despite being given ample time to provide evidence, the matter had to proceed through the formal dispute process. The handling of the situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience. Tenants should make sure they keep detailed records of all communications, photographs, and documents throughout their tenancy.<br><br>This review reflects my genuine experience as a tenant.

From the moment she showed us around the property, she was friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>What we appreciated most was how responsive and attentive she was. Whether it was an email or a phone call, Robbie always got back to us quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us and making the process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Robbie’s professionalism, great communication, and friendly manner made a real difference, and we’re very grateful for all of her help. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who is reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.

This little team worked their socks off , I had more viewings in 3 weeks than I had in 2 years . Ultimately they secured the sale. 20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Youssif of Kevin & Co obtained an asking price offer on my flat, on the first viewing, in a challenging market. That should be all the recommendation I need to give really...<br><br>After meeting several agents I chose Youssif because I believed he could sell my flat, efficiently at market value. It was clear he had very good, hyper local knowledge, knew his portfolio, where my property could fit in and the buyers it could attract.<br>Like Kevin & Co I also work for an independent company which competes against larger national firms, and saw a familiar hunger and passion this David vs Goliath positioning creates.<br>We agreed an asking priced based on Youssif valuation, other's I'd had, plus my own gut feeling of where the market was. Yousif was perfectly happy to discuss all these things, gave good insights and checked in regularly throughout the sales process without ever feeling pressured or badgered.<br><br>Kevin & Co, Youssif, Gary and all the team were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone selling a property.- 28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Sanaa Kaya helped us enormously throughout the lettings process. - 24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist and the manager at the Foxtons Pimlico branch.<br><br>Today was the day I returned the keys to my flat. My tenancy officially ends on 26 July, but I was asked to return the keys two days early because the landlord wanted to paint the property on 25 July. I cooperated, even though my tenancy had not yet ended.<br><br>When I asked the receptionist how I would receive my deposit back, she gave me a cold and dismissive response, simply saying that the landlord would sort it out. She made no effort to explain the process, and her attitude and facial expression were incredibly rude and unprofessional.<br><br>The property manager was no better. When I asked about the electricity bill, the response I received was equally rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a tenant who was simply asking reasonable questions.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the landlord’s behaviour throughout my tenancy. The paint on the bedroom wall had been peeling badly, but despite repeated requests, the landlord refused to repair it and always made excuses. However, now that they need to find a new tenant, they suddenly want to repaint the flat before my tenancy has even officially ended.<br><br>I genuinely don’t understand this situation, and the entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.

He took the time to understand our requirements and communicated clearly, even though we ultimately decided not to proceed with the property. 26th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)This letting agency manages the property next door to where I live. In that property, there lives a mother, father and three young children under the age of ten. THIS LETTING AGENCY/LANDLORD HAVE FAILED TO MAKE URGENT REPAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR OF THE PROPERTY, CREATING A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD FOR ALL THAT LIVE INSIDE. THE FAMILY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR AND ARE FORCED TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PROPERTY VIA THE BACK GARDEN.<br><br>THIS HAS BEEN A DISREPAIR ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH, SINCE THE FAMILY MOVED IN. BOTH THE FAMILY’S AND MY REQUESTS FOR REPAIR HAVE BEEN IGNORED.<br><br>God forbid, if there was a fire to the rear of the property, this family has no safe fire escape route because MANN (and landlord) has not carried out the necessary urgent repairs to the front door for over a month.
