We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

29th May 2026 (16 days ago)I had the pleasure of working with Aslam and Jack at Chancellors during our property search in West London, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aslam was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to secure us off-market properties, and his response times and follow-ups were consistently prompt and professional. He made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. Jack showed us around a property and did a brilliant job. What really stood out was his patience and understanding. When my partner and I were running significantly late due to the tube strikes, he was a complete gentleman and waited for us without any fuss. That kind of consideration for travel hiccups and unforeseen circumstances is rare, and we really appreciated it. While we ultimately went with a property elsewhere on the market, that takes nothing away from the experience we had with this team. Aslam and Jack are a genuine pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a property in West London, these are the people to go to.

Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

I can honestly say that we've never had a bad experience with them, and every member of staff that we've interacted with over the years have been professional, friendly, and happy to offer advice to any queries we've had. I can highly recommend and look forward to many more years as their customer.
29th May 2026 (16 days ago)I’m a tenant in a Brooks property and Aggie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the tenancy. We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with Foxtons Hackney. I was told a studio was available and proceeded in good faith. I spent significant time completing the application form, providing information, arranging references and sending the documents in multiple formats because the PDF was difficult to complete properly. After going through all of this, I was then told that the current tenant was extending until the end of June. This was not communicated to me before I spent time on the application process. I had also turned down another studio because I believed this property was genuinely available and moving forward. The communication was poor, the process wasted my time, and it caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult housing search. I would not use Foxtons again based on this experience.

She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. All round a really good branch to go with for looking for your home, that go above and beyond in supporting you across the whole process.

Kevin was especially helpful throughout the process — professional, responsive, and supportive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Everything was handled smoothly, and the communication made the experience much less stressful. After speaking with him, I decided to instruct him as my agent, and I am very glad I did. From the outset, I was uncertain not only about selling my home but also about finding my next property. Gary was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. He successfully secured the right buyer for my home and went above and beyond to help me find my onward property, which at one point felt almost impossible.
