Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

Stuart and Jason always quick to respond, helpful throughout the process, and very proactive in keeping things moving as quickly as possible. Their communication and support made the purchase much smoother. I would happily recommend them to others looking to buy or sell a property.
22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.

We decided to rent the apartment during the first viewing. We were a bit late but Robert waited for us which led to this successful transaction. The reference check process was seamless and any required fixes to the apartment were attended to. Highly recommended.

18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Worst experience.We went to view a property for rent and we reach the property there is no one to view the property for us. We wait for 30 minutes and call randomly to the office number and no one pick the call . Very disappointing. Waste of money and waste of time.

I have just sold my property through Jessica at Kearns residential and it was the most stress free , smooth , quick and efficient service i have ever encountered. Honestly, I have always had the impression selling and acquiring a property is so stressful but little did I know it needn't be with the right agent. the process was so seamless from Adam coming in to value my property to marketing and the to selling. They keep me in the loop at every stage. They were always available to talk to. Adam's friendly approach is top notch. not over bearing like other sales guys.
