19th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.
20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We lived in a flat managed by Richard and his company, Bracewells, for seven years, and we have been very happy with their service throughout this time. The agency was always responsive, professional, and quick to deal with any issues in the flat. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. We highly recommend Richard and his company to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency. You won’t be disappointed!
14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting/valuation through the viewings to the offer & sale process, David Conway provided a great service. Their on-line tools were really helpful monitoring progress. The staff were friendly, very considerate and helpful.

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

31st Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.
22nd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely horrible, would not even refer them to an animal. After waiting nearly four months for an accept or decline decision on my offer no contact from Raj. He contacted me 4 times during this period and that was only in the month of February. Incredibly unprofessional and such a poor customer service.

I recently moved into a new flat, and Network Agencies has been incredibly responsive and proactive with maintenance requests. Within a short time, they cleared the exterior drains, fixed a broken toilet handle, replaced an old and rusted oven, and even covered the cost of a garden waste disposal bin. Their professionalism and quick communication have made settling into my new home very easy. I feel looked after and like they genuinely care. Special shout out to Dino, Alex, and Andy - thank you for all your support. Highly recommended.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues. They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach. Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.
