Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.
14th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I rented through Property Liaisons for just over a year and can honestly say I have rarely encountered such poor management. At almost every opportunity, mistakes were made. These ranged from minor but persistent issues, such as the admin team repeatedly misspelling my name despite it being clearly shown in my email address and signature. To more serious concerns, including a failure to inform us about a building-wide cladding issue and ignoring our questions regarding fire safety.<br>From start to finish, I was unimpressed with the level of service. A few examples highlight why my confidence in the company steadily declined:<br>* When we attended the office to sign our rental contract, we noticed the flat we were about to sign for was being advertised for sale in the window. When we asked about this, the two staff members present were unable to provide a clear answer and had to make a call, eventually confirming that the property had in fact been taken off the market some time earlier.<br>* Upon moving in, we were given the wrong parking space and an incorrect bin access code. In addition, several important emails were delayed because our email addresses had been entered incorrectly, despite the fact we had already been in regular email correspondence with them.<br>* A maintenance issue involving a broken vent, first reported on 11 March 2025, was never resolved. The fault caused the temperature in the flat to drop and interfered with the heating system. Each time we followed up, we were told that a new contractor had been appointed and would be in touch. Despite sending photos and repeated chasers, no repair was ever carried out.<br>The most serious issue, however, was discovering—through neighbours and the sudden introduction of a waking watch—that the building had unsafe cladding. Our subsequent email requesting further information went unanswered. While it may not be a legal requirement to disclose such issues to prospective tenants, it feels deeply unethical that this was not communicated to us before we moved in.<br><br>It is worth noting that our day-to-day interactions with Kier and Kieran were consistently positive. They were helpful, professional, and responsive in their direct dealings with us. Unfortunately, their efforts were undermined by wider administrative failings wilthin the organisation.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.

She had a key role in the transaction and actually made it happen despite a very delayed timeline and some unhelpful roadblocks in between - she was always available, and always trying to bring everyone and everything together, with amazing communication throughout and one clear focus on getting the deal over the finish line. Stellar job from her side I must say. Very glad she was involved and will happily go back to her for any future property endeavours!

As a first-time solo renter, there were lots of things I wasn’t sure about and I naturally had quite a few questions, but everyone was incredibly patient, reassuring and helpful throughout.<br><br>They were always very responsive, took the time to explain everything clearly and dealt with any little questions or concerns extremely quickly. The whole process, from arranging the tenancy to collecting the keys, felt smooth and personal, and they made something that could have been quite stressful feel completely manageable.<br><br>I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and couldn’t recommend them more!

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
