Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. 18th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and the team at Samuel King. A genuinely 5-star experience.

2nd Apr 2020 (6 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.

22nd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.

Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid
