20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

27th May 2026 (28 days ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)George Lewis and Gareth Davies have been going far and beyond as estate agents. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Simon was very supportive throughout the transaction, liaising effectively with the various solicitors involved and keeping all parties well informed. The Savills "new home owner" pack is a thoughtful gesture and is appreciated.
12th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)This agent is also known as Vantage homes after one year of asking for my property back I got the keys back on 25th July 2021 the house was totally trashed and they would not honour their contract of leaving it in good order also even though the garage was not part of the letting it was full of rubbish left by the tenant which I had to remove at my own cost They still have not paid me at least £1700 and don’t answer my calls I am now in the process of contacting the relevant council they deal with PLEASE DO NOT USE their services otherwise you will regret it like me
7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!
13th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are

15th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I had engaged Rolitex to manage my property since I bought it in 2006. Initially, their service was pretty standard for a high street estate agent, handling repairs and rent collection adequately. However, everything changed when I decided to move into the property and needed to evict the tenants. Rolitex issued the Section 21 notice as required, which was fine. But as the notice period neared its end, we wanted to discuss the tenants' plans. Every time we asked Rolitex, specifically Roland, he would shout down the phone, telling us to wait for the two months to end. When the notice period expired and the tenants didn't move, Roland offered no assistance on the next steps. He was silent until we had to demand a meeting, where we were told we needed a solicitor. I understand he is busy, but how difficult is it to communicate simple information to a longstanding client? After hiring a solicitor, Rolitex was professional in providing the necessary documents, no matter how many times we asked. However, during this time, rent payments became erratic. Whether it was the tenants paying late or Rolitex’s mishandling, it would have been nice for them to inform us, especially with mortgage payments piling up. Whenever I asked Roland about this, he would shout as if he was doing me a favor. He even increased his fee without notifying us and insisted he had informed us when he clearly hadn't. I eventually had enough of Roland's lack of communication and aggressive behavior, so I decided to collect the rent myself. To Roland's credit, he facilitated this transition quickly, and interestingly enough, the tenant paid me on time from then on. When the tenant finally vacated, the property was in a terrible state. This was no surprise since Rolitex had not conducted an inspection since the late 2010s. My experience with Rolitex started amicably but ended very poorly. While other staff members were professional and helpful, Roland was consistently aggressive and difficult to communicate with. This review should not surprise anyone considering the other negative feedback but should serve as a caution for anyone considering dealing with Roland at Rolitex.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
