3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Our experience renting through Druce has been one of broken promises, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. An all round horrible experience.<br><br>We did everything asked of us, promptly and in good faith. We signed the tenancy, passed all referencing and guarantor checks, and paid our deposit and a full month's rent without a single delay. In return, we were handed a flat that was nowhere near ready to live in. What is even more shocking that the landlord had not been aware of the majority of this, showing the way in which Druce "take care" of their clients...<br><br>Despite professional cleaning being an agreed condition of our tenancy, the flat was not cleaned. It was left full of the previous occupant's belongings. There was broken glass left on the balcony. We were given only one key for two tenants. The bed we were promised was never provided, leaving a bedroom of a two-bedroom flat unusable. And, discovered by us, and not disclosed by them, there were mouse droppings and large holes throughout the flat, along with a long list of other defects: missing radiator valves leaving rooms with no heating, broken cupboards, broken toilet seats, a loose electrical socket, and more. None of it was mentioned to us before we signed and paid.<br><br>Druce openly admitted to us that they had rushed the process to meet the move-in date. Yet when we raised that the flat was unusable, we were told it had been "our choice" not to move in. We had already given up our previous homes on the strength of that date. As a result, we spent a week without a home, staying with friends, all while paying full rent for a property we could not live in. When asked for a deduction to the next months rent, they declined, as well as declining to take accountability for any of this.<br><br>Nothing was resolved proactively. Every single step forward came only after repeated chasing, formal complaints, and escalation on our part. For a firm that presents itself the way Druce does, the standard of service, honesty, and basic care has been genuinely shocking.<br><br>If you are considering renting through Druce, think very carefully for the service you are paying for. We would not want anyone else to go through what we have. Or even better, DO NOT USE DRUCE!
8th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
5th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.
8th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. 23rd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
