Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

24th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Got locked out of my flat at 10pm and called Sam, our property manager. He came to meet me within 15 minutes of calling him with a spare set of keys! Exceptional service, really appreciate how quickly he was able to help even at such a late hour
2nd May 2026 (15 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.

The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

From my very first interaction, Nick Maund was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He made the entire renting process straightforward and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Throughout my tenancy, Nick was consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Any issues I reported were dealt with promptly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. His communication was excellent, and his calm, supportive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Nick Maund is a real credit to Hackett Estate Agents. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to looking after tenants are exactly what you hope to find in an estate agent. I am sincerely grateful for all of his help and support and would not hesitate to recommend both Nick and Hackett Estate Agents to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive and professional agency. 17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

They knew our local area extremely well and priced the house right from day one. Communication was fantastic—we always knew what was happening and never had to chase for updates. They guided us smoothly all the way to completion.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.

He was updated more than fully on multiple long emails etc. The market at this time was peak interest rates. I mentioned with regards to the saturation of the market on flats as well and with regards to the price, but he had bought high as is mostly the case and didnt want to lose money on the property and drop. He eventually did drop to the figure I mentioned with another agent and it was not at the same price. It was not 6 weeks, I noticed it when looking for comparables. It came off with me October 2024, it was remarketed and completed September 2025, 1 year later, this comment left June 2026!!They were not fictitious viewings. I was not evasive I talked how the market is whether a vendor wishes to hear this or not. Personal insults! They noticed all the awards on the outside of the shop and the website. Lowest rated from those with grudges, please read the answers below from those few reviews like that. Companies use companies that block low reviews and only then upload the higher reviews to Google, I dont. I have no issue if people want to leave reviews, freedom of speech, but at least let them be factual/correct and not with personal insults, I expect more/better , in this case from his line of employment he works in. Shirt not tucked in, that then gets tucked in, is this relative, food! I lost 3 stone, even though I was told I looked ok, a personal choice to be healthier.<br><br>Sam Ades<br><br>Your offers were going up in increments over a 1 month period.<br>The property was sold to someone else, as there were other interested parties, that you were aware of, and these buyers came in with immediate offers at acceptable figures soon after viewing. You were coming and going at times and mentioning other properties in the area, which i presume you were also looking at. I gave replies to your emails as to why the lower offers were not acceptable to the owner. The owner took time coming back as mentioned at the time. If you had offered the correct required figure from day one, you had a better chance of securing the property. I have staff members. But like other companies i do undertake viewings but sales progress all sales. I have over 30 years of experience and have sold 1000s of properties to exchange and completion with an exceptionally high conversation rate with all manor of issues, some vendors have even commented that no other agent would have got their sale through, as i sale proceed in a certain way. I have been on Barking road E16 for over 18 years. Good luck with your search.<br><br>Rabi Dil<br><br>I have no information, that i have ever had dealings with you.<br><br>Candice Bonney<br><br>I gave an expert insight into these types of properties which are blocks of flats with deck access, of which the lenders will also require the % of owner occupiers and take into account re-saleability. The service charges are also high, due to lifts and the concierge, these are predominately for cash buyers, but at certain prices as mentioned. I was marketing at a price that was requested. The housing association i work with declined to purchase. Offers were received, but as mentioned ,when they applied for mortgages there is every possibility they would be declined. I gave 3 other examples of blocks in the area, whereby purchasers had tried multiple brokers but with no joy and unfortunately this was the same in this instance and they were declined due to the above points. Cash buyers at this time, were few and far between and would look at other types of properties to purchase. Feedback was supplied, i handed the keys back politely. I can appreciate it is frustrating with these types of properties and i only wish lenders would be more flexible.<br><br>Imran Khan<br><br>I can not go in to detail with regards to the landlords professions but they are very busy at present, we will still be managing the property as we have known them for many years but unfortunately you were declined.
