7th May 2024 (2 years ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!

6th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of working with Cody over several months, and we are truly grateful for his patience and support throughout our property search. What began as a search in St John’s Wood eventually led us to Kensington and Chelsea and throughout the entire journey, he was never pushy, always respectful of our pace, and consistently focused on helping us find the right home rather than just closing a deal. His network proved invaluable, and his calm guidance was instrumental during the negotiations that led to the purchase of our home. Cody is a pleasure to spend time with, easy going and good-humoured. We were able to share many laughs, making what is often a stressful process much more fun. We really appreciated his determination and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. We felt very supported and we really appreciate how easy they made everything for us. We highly recommend Property Express to everyone. Thank you Ian :-) Marina
25th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Called on 4 occasions just to simply book a viewing to buy a house and each time I had to share my details. No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.
