Deborah and the entire team were consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive whenever anything came up. It makes a world of difference dealing with people who treat you with respect and handle matters promptly and professionally. I’m grateful for the way everything was managed from start to finish. Highly recommend Priory to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run agency.

There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!
29th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I have been renting a property managed by Howard Baker Estates for three years. The property was presented really well and maintained periodically by them. Really impressed with their professionalism in handling things right from renting, maintenance, periodic checks etc. Sam and Team does a great job in managing all these aspects. Renters can feel relaxed if they get such expert property managers. I recommend Howard Baker Estates due to the quality of their properties.

23rd Jun 2022 (3 years ago)KFH is a very efficient, proactive and pleasant team to work with. They did a great job organising viewings and finding a buyer. They then did a great job managing the sale process.
21st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)They only manage to get one viewing and said that there are a lot of flats for sale. When valuing the flat they gave very different speech. I would not recommend them.

13th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

20th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Robert Butterworth was excellent to deal with. Very kind, patient, honest and understanding. He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.
