She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

5th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Appalling handling of tenancy deposit — avoid We vacated our property at Masters Court, Harrow on 30 January 2026 in good condition, and over a month later we have still not received our deposit back. The handling of this entire process by Connells has been deeply disappointing. Despite sending multiple emails and attempting to call numerous times, we have received nothing but vague responses saying they are "still liaising with the former landlord." No clear timeline, no transparency, and no accountability. Phone calls have gone unanswered, and no direct contact number has been provided despite requests. The items flagged in the checkout report are standard fair wear and tear under TDS guidelines — minor wall marks, limescale build-up typical of Harrow's hard water, None of these justify withholding our deposit. To make matters worse, wife is 24 weeks pregnant, and the unnecessary financial stress caused by this prolonged delay has had a real impact on her mental health and wellbeing. This is completely unacceptable. We have now raised a formal dispute through the tenancy deposit scheme, which should never have been necessary. We have never experienced such poor deposit handling with any previous letting agency. If you are a prospective tenant — be warned. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

25th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)My partner and I had 2 tenancies managed by Jade in Samuel Estates. Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

24th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Terrible experience with this agency. We asked in advance if there was any construction nearby and were told no. Upon arrival, there was major noisy construction preventing us from sleeping and enjoying the terrace. Additionally, several items in the contract were not respected. Once you pay, you hear nothing more. I do not recommend this agency.
28th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Unprofessional - avoid !!!! I come across 2 offers online on shared ownership with different price. Friday I applied and discuss the properties over the phone with Martin, which sounds really nice and encouraging me to apply quuckly, answer to few additional questions I had to calculate correct fees, overal very good inpression. Monday he called me to ask of I got respond for affodability check and told me to call hik if I don't recieve respond by the end of the day. Which I left it a little too late and need it to catch up on following day. I called him while I was drivinving and explained when I am available to discuss if additional information is need it. No responce. Next day I call to ask for additional documuments, this time Azra covered his work and told me the peoperty I applied is gone and if I want to apply for the second available on higher price. I started the whole process of applicationa and afforsability checks once again, but was suspiciouse. I also asked Azra at what point I would actually have a view on the property and she was confused and asked me did I not saw the property the day before with Martin, which I told her that I would of if I was invited, but I wasn't. She was confused looked into names and arranged views, keep trying to pronounse name sounding exact same as mine, but as you can see the spelling on my name is a little unusual, so I was even more confused and thinking kater on it was me to be arranged to see the virw but actually never been contacted and at the end she told me just to apply for this property and at the same time she will book me a view on the next day for 2pm with herself. I made space in my diary and start arranging documents again, but had the feeling I am just about to lose oppirtunity on a flat I already applird first and passee affodability but due to their incompetence and unprofessionalisum I would just be just ignored. I just start process of second affodability check as instricted by Azra. When the view email from.azra for second property arrived I was confused as the property number was completly different from my application I just made, which means I need it to start additional application, but how come if the properties was only 2?! Now they appewr to have 3, so why they are hiding what is available? Odd !!! The price was the same, but the property was different N and the time for the view also was different instead of 2pm come as 1pm. I was also unaware if the flat was same size or anything. Very very confused. The following day the affodability comes negative with very little and I need it to call to calncel the view. This time Martin pick up the phone, as Azra wasn't available. I explained the situation and express my confusion about the way they deal with views and properties. For me these are first come fist serve properties and I had been told they are only 2 left. How come from first applier and chased on Monday for documents I was even not invited on a view? After I explained that this is unfair, I done all I had been asked and that was left with impression I am in line for the first property on which this lovely man turn into an awful human screamed at me "Now you shut up and I will talk". I really did not appriciate any of this behaviour and closed the phone. I didn't want to interract with these people again, as for me this already shows completly unprofessional handaling of sales and decide will avoid working with them for the future, but just checked my email and for my surprice I found today 27th of March an email for a view on the third property for 26th at 2pm fron Azra !!! We can not book appointmets a day after to cover up our own mistakes and at the same time to let down customer and to scream at them !!! This is 2026. I am still unaware how many are the properties, who was first, who made mistakes, but the facts are clear and the way how they handle clients, let alone scream at them is unacceptable. I won't use this agency and I won't recommend to others. Shame for my time.and effort. The propery I lost due to all was nice

5th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

11th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. We arranged a viewing and it was cancelled twice, and that too an hour before. Marley was rude and unapologetic. I would think twice before selling or buying from this agent!
26th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)I am happy with the property and my interaction with the landlord. The process with Yolanda was finalised after some delays with the contract including follow-ups regarding utility inclusions. While Yolanda was friendly, more proactive communication would have made the experience much smoother for a new tenant. Glad everything is now sorted and looking forward to the move!
