From the moment we walked through the door, Glen was kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

She was so helpful throughout the viewings we did, both being able to answer all our questions on the property and location, but also listening to our concerns and then making sure that subsequent viewings hit the mark. It made the whole process so easy and painless and made the experience so much better then anything we'd had before!

Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. They are amazing assets to Chesterton. Searching for a suitable property to rent can be an onerous experience but Chesterton with the help of the two such exceptional professionals has made this process a delightfully pleasant experience. Very well done indeed !

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. 16th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everyone I've dealt with have been knowledgable & friendly- 19th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I run a global real estate and investor services firm; in the UK I was recommended to try Foxton’s after failing to achieve results with other big names. My case was handled by Rory Briers. To me, Foxton’s reputation, that preceded my dealings with them, was revealed in full by this realtor. Rory worked so hard, well beyond his mandate, to get results. I have never seen this”over and above” the call of duty performance while dealing with other realtors. Based on this encounter and other deeper observations, I have directed managers in my firm to explore dealing exclusively with Foxtons for our UK business.
