He created a relaxed, welcoming environment and encouraged us to take our time exploring the property, which we really appreciated. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire process, Kyle maintained clear and consistent communication, always keeping us informed and reassured. We’re truly so grateful to Kyle for his support, professionalism, and genuine approach, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We were so impressed that we’ve even recommended two other people to contact Kyle to help them find a property to rent. We also had the pleasure of meeting his colleague Mehmet when completing the final payment and collecting our keys. He was equally professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. A big thank you to both Kyle and Mehmet for their outstanding service. 5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Appalling handling of tenancy deposit — avoid We vacated our property at Masters Court, Harrow on 30 January 2026 in good condition, and over a month later we have still not received our deposit back. The handling of this entire process by Connells has been deeply disappointing. Despite sending multiple emails and attempting to call numerous times, we have received nothing but vague responses saying they are "still liaising with the former landlord." No clear timeline, no transparency, and no accountability. Phone calls have gone unanswered, and no direct contact number has been provided despite requests. The items flagged in the checkout report are standard fair wear and tear under TDS guidelines — minor wall marks, limescale build-up typical of Harrow's hard water, None of these justify withholding our deposit. To make matters worse, wife is 24 weeks pregnant, and the unnecessary financial stress caused by this prolonged delay has had a real impact on her mental health and wellbeing. This is completely unacceptable. We have now raised a formal dispute through the tenancy deposit scheme, which should never have been necessary. We have never experienced such poor deposit handling with any previous letting agency. If you are a prospective tenant — be warned. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Josef Castro was always quick to respond to any questions I had and ensured that everything related to my rental was handled efficiently. His communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference. During the property viewing, he was professional, well-prepared, and thorough. He took the time to provide all the necessary information and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I’m very happy with how smoothly everything went, and I would highly recommend both Josef Castro and Daniels Estate Agency to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Earlier this year, they helped me found a lovely house on the same street!! I am super grateful for their work. Jo is a wonderful lady at GG, she is super responsive and always provides insightful advices.

The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

A basic level of professionalism and responsiveness shouldn’t be too much to expect, but sadly that’s not the case here. Would not recommend.

Ashwin was outstanding-extremely accommodating and proactive in ensuring everything was completed efficiently. Frankly, I have not encountered an estate agent like him before.
22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Avoid Foxtons Ealing. When my original landlord lost the property due to unpaid loans and a new landlord took over, the branch was completely unhelpful. I was given poor guidance and left to deal with the situation myself. To make matters worse, after moving out I’ve been unable to recover my deposit, even though it was paid to Foxtons in the first place. There was no proper support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Been a couple of months and I can’t get my deposit back and no response from Foxtons apart from keep paying the landlord who doesn’t own the place anymore? Thankfully the new landlord was helpful but I still can’t get my deposit from the original landlord. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
