I took a lot of time deciding which estate agent to go with and felt I could trust Michael which helped me to decide. He was also very obliging to the changes I wanted to make to the property brochure. Monika and Margaret were also instrumental in selling my flat and kept me up to date on progress. They were both great communicators. It was a tough market to sell in, and I appreciated the guidance from the team on how to navigate the process. Thank you all! :-)

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

18th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Worst experience.We went to view a property for rent and we reach the property there is no one to view the property for us. We wait for 30 minutes and call randomly to the office number and no one pick the call . Very disappointing. Waste of money and waste of time.
