She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

I have been dealing with several team members over the years but recently with James Pearce I found a brilliant interlocutor who is able to address promptly every aspect of the tenancies
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!
15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I approached this agent first when looking to rent and although there was a very speedy view of a nearby flat, I was given the hard sell approach. I was bombarded with calls, texts and emails not only about the flat I viewed (tried to get me to do a 2nd viewing) but from other offices regarding property that wasn't suitable. I think this approach doesn't help anyone - either agent or client.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Wilfords go above and beyond for property management, undertaking additional unexpected tasks when the delivery company did not deliver the boxes - hence they had to go out and find boxes urgently, and they did all my packing, which the delivery company was supposed to do. Highly recommended and special thanks to Rupert and Henry, who organised everything.

13th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in London that actually cares about its clients, Nathan Andrews Agency is the one to go with. Highly recommended!

Since I was a first time buyer, there were multiple things I was unsure about, and he helped make most of it very clear. I would highly recommend him to any future buyers!

Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.
4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)As a first time seller I had a positive experience with LB and felt i was in a safe pair of hands. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
