I viewed a few properties with her and she was always professional, straightforward, and gave honest, helpful advice.<br><br>She was quick to respond, kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made sure nothing was left outstanding. Overall, it felt well managed and much less stressful than I’d expected. I’d happily recommend them.
29th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

16th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)After letting my South Croydon flat through Bairstow Eves and Countrywide for 40 years, it is now time to sell. For the last year and a half Leon De Freitas has been the property manager for the flat, and I wanted to use this platform to recognize, publicly, his formidable service in this role. He wrote to me to introduce himself upon taking up his appointment, and from that moment on he has been the most wonderful supporter and colleague imaginable. Proactive, enthusiastic, and utterly reliable, he has the patience of Job, and my property could not have been in better hands. I thank him most sincerely for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to his position, and I have no doubt that he has an exceptionally fine future in real estate ahead of him. John Trapé
15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)My partner and I couldn’t recommend Paul, Samira and Sine at Samuel Estates more highly. We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.

9th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. Their dedication and commitment made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. A huge well done to the team — we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommended!

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. Big shout-out to Tom Hughes and Tom Algar for being especially supportive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend. Monique
17th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)H+P came highly recommended to us from previous customers. On viewing the website and learning a bit more about the company, that being the boutique approach to property sales was the first step towards inviting them to value alongside others local agents. India on arrival for the valuation had us from her greeting and the approach to the process which took into account, not just the physical features but how we lived in and used the space. She stood head and shoulders above the other local agents who valued our property. We felt confident in her approach and it was no way near other estate agency interactions we have experienced over the years!. The marketing of the property from the advice on presenting the home and the suite of photos and video made our property stand out from the local competition of similar properties on the market at the time. From this point the whole team approach of H and P in managing the viewings , open house and subsequent sale follow up was very evident. We had accepted an offer in less than two weeks of the property going live and the subsequent process to exchange and completion in under 4 months , all in what appears to be a very slow current property market. The key to this was H and P's approach to ensuring the right buyers are looking at the right properties from their excellent portfolio that they manage the marketing and subsequent sales of. We were contacted regularly and the team always had time to speak and support through the process. Our ongoing purchase was a separate transaction which posed some problems keeping both sides on track, the team understanding and appropriate support where they could ensured we managed to bring our sale and next purchase in line with only a 3 day hiatus. H and P partners who were recommended but not forcefully, delivered to meet our expectations with some above and beyond expectations. Demonstrating why they are partners with similar ethos and business approach. I cannot recommend India , Dan and Chris enough if considering selling as we did or buying in the area. if we were ever to return to the area we would not think twice to work with them for the excellent service, excellent knowledge and excellent portfolio of properties, they redefined estate agency positively for us!!! They are now venturing into property rental management and we wish them well. We are sure both landlords and tenants will be safe in their expert hands.

10th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)POOR MANAGEMENT and failure to provide Full tenancy file including the documents of All referencing documents or confirmation that none was sought Guarantor documentation or confirmation that none was sought Inspection logs or confirmation that none are available -one after 9mths-much damage to the property All compliance certificates and dates of service -failure to issue the correct and necessary documents to the tenant resulting in a void section 21 Complaints handling records - failure to respond to complaints Internal notes relating to the tenancy Copies of all communications with the tenant They redress scheme membership details - YET TO KNOW IF THEY BELONG
