16th May 2026 (9 days ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

The young man, Diandre, at first couldn't have been nicer and he really didn't do anything wrong but the overall handling of our viewing experiences was just unnecessary and a waste of our time, and theirs in the end. Lettings Agents like these only want young full time workers to deal with. People who have a job to lose, are somehow are a safer bet than an older stable couple with checkable histories. Suffice to say they did enough to ensure we didn't call it outright discrimination but the end answer was "no" even if we could easily have afforded the two properties we were interested in. And we showed several times that we could. Be warned, if you have ANY type of benefit within your income (including salaryand atate pension, these people will not treat you fairly and you will not even be allowed to progress to referencing, their answer to you will always be "no". They'd rather lose tens of thousands of pounds per tenant than rent to older, sensible people who.can clearly afford the rent. It is truly shocking how we have been treated. Do not rent with them, if you value transparency, stability and respect you will be disappointed and they will waste your time and tell you "No. Just no", was the last word. Not that we had failed any checks or had bad refs. So disappointing for us and our children. They feel like we have done something wrong.

As Landlords of the Property that she manages, we find that she always returns our call, when we leave a message for her. Being a Senior Property Manager she is very experienced in dealing with any issues that occur and sorts them out as soon as possible. 13th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’m writing this on behalf of a friend to share a really disappointing and concerning experience with Knight Frank regarding a rental property in Bracknell/Lyndhurst. The property was originally listed at £3,000 pcm. My friend offered the full asking price but was told the landlord wanted to wait as it had just come on the market. Fair enough. Two months later, the price dropped to £2,800, and she again offered the asking price. At that point, she was asked to provide very personal financial information, including bank statements. Despite complying (with sensitive details redacted), the offer was rejected — with no explanation given. When she asked for feedback, the agent simply didn’t respond. Since then, the monthly rent has reduced further to £2,650. What’s more concerning is that when someone else viewed the property presenting as a “family unit,” they were strongly encouraged to make an offer. This raises serious questions about fairness and transparency in how applicants are being treated. Please note that they did not do any credit checks, and my friend is my boss and earns significantly more than I do. Also her children are in boarding school. So she can afford the rent. No one expects to be guaranteed a property, but basic professionalism, communication, and honesty should be the minimum standard. Ignoring applicants after requesting sensitive personal data is unacceptable. This experience felt dismissive, opaque, and potentially discriminatory. At the very least, applicants deserve clear communication and respect throughout the process. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

They worked very hard to promote our property in a difficult market and achieved what seemed a reasonable sale price. We particularly liked their calm, un-pushy approach, and how helpful David was with both our sale and ongoing purchase. Highly recommended.

17th May 2026 (8 days ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
