23rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)My experience as a landlord with First Capital and Passion Property Group has been extremely stressful and disappointing. After serving a valid Notice to Quit (NTQ), the property should have been returned to me at the end of the tenancy. Despite this, they have refused to hand back possession. Even after Croydon Council confirmed they would remove the tenant, I have continued to face resistance. In my experience, housing law has been incorrectly cited to justify keeping my property beyond the agreed tenancy end date. Rent payments have repeatedly been made late, causing unnecessary financial strain. I have also been charged for repairs that I was never informed about beforehand, despite the contract clearly stating that they are liable for such repairs. The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply concerning. I am particularly dissatisfied with the conduct of Nathan Hancox, the General Manager, who in my experience has stood in the way of resolving matters efficiently. I feel both the resident and I, as the landlord, have been let down. I would also like to mention Stirling Ackroyd, the estate agency in South Norwood that introduced me to this arrangement. Throughout this situation, I have found them unresponsive, unsupportive, and unwilling to assist in resolving the issues. As a property owner, this has added significant hardship and stress to my life. Based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Overall, I would strongly advise other landlords to exercise extreme caution before entering into agreements with these companies.

With a limited time period, within hours they attended and found the solution we needed. Me and my family will never forget this and will use them again when necessary. 7th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

3rd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Andrews Worcester Park highly enough, especially Tony, who handled the sale of my late father's property. Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
10th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.- 2nd Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Ben Gordon-Smith at Andrews has been outstanding throughout the process of dealing with my mum’s property. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, always available to provide clear advice and guidance. What stood out most was his attitude; even when the property was ultimately secured privately, Ben remained completely professional and continued to support us without hesitation. That level of integrity and customer service is rare. He clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his clients. If you’re dealing with Andrews, I would strongly recommend asking for Ben directly.
17th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Nick was great to work with; efficient and clear comms and a really fast process from start to finish. He secured a great tenant for my flat, and completed all of the necessary checks / property preparations for me. I found the process much easier than using one of the well known large agencies in London (who I have had terrible experiences with in the past) - I’d highly recommend to others, and have already passed his details on to friends looking for an agent in London.
