Booking viewings can often be a headache, but they made everything incredibly easy and professional. A huge thank you to Ara, Honor, and Emily, who were absolutely marvelous. They were punctual, extremely knowledgeable about the properties, and took the time to listen to exactly what I’m looking for. Their warm and friendly approach really sets this agency apart. I took a lot of time deciding which estate agent to go with and felt I could trust Michael which helped me to decide. He was also very obliging to the changes I wanted to make to the property brochure. Monika and Margaret were also instrumental in selling my flat and kept me up to date on progress. 22nd Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
