28th Jan 2025 (16 weeks ago)Excellent all round. We wasted 4 months trying to sell our property and then it all changed with Shaw and Co, through Charan and his team including Sheetal and Jindra. They did their homework and true to his word, Charan brought us a firm offer within a week of going live. The whole team were fantactic. They were professional, friendly and communicated with us and helped us navigate the whole process. We couldn't have asked for a better set of people as well as professionals. Our only regret is that we didn't go with them from the start.

As I’m not local to the area, I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire sales process. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made everything so much easier and far less stressful. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. I genuinely felt like they had my best interests at heart. Fingers crossed that everything completes successfully but the first hurdle - finding a buyer - has been cleared, thanks Soraya!

The flat was in a very good condition and whenever I raised issues (there weren't many), the agents made their best efforts to resolve them. Billy really cares about his tenants and he was very kind and understanding right until the end to help ensure that the moving out process went as smoothly and stressfree as possible which I really appreciate. I would confidently recommend this agency to others.
