2nd Jun 2025 (14 days ago)Genuinely, I feel like we wasted our time even instructing James and the team. Everything seemed like an effort to them. Over valued the property by circa 10% meaning we got no viewings. James promised to touch base and have catch ups. We had none of that. Save your time.

Honor, Marcus & Rebecca have put in a lot of work on our behalf with letting our rental property. Big shout out to all three, thank you.

All the staff were very helpful arranging viewings and also attending the viewings and helping prospective buyers with all.their questions. My house has been sold at a satisfactory price thanks to them all.
29th May 2025 (18 days ago)I'm not sure that I can beat the high praise that I have read on these reviews for Jas and his sales team at Stamfords, but I will be joining the vast majority here to say how well Jas handled the process of selling our property, and if I could award 6 stars, I would.. I knew that we would get on well from our first conversation, that 'gut feel' that Jas is a very capable pair of hands with many years of knowledge and experience. Nothing fake, no smooth talk. A genuine professional. Jas worked so hard to get a sale through for us - when our first buyer literally disappeared at the contracts stage, he found us another buyer within a matter of days and thankfully that sale has now completed. Communication at every stage of the process was excellent with emails and calls promptly replied to (I suspect sometimes even on 'days off' Jas was working in the background). I know that he went above and beyond his remit and I don't believe many other agents would have done what he did to help smooth the sales process and keep it on track. One of the things that struck me was that although our property was of relatively low value compared to other properties in the Stamfords sales portfolio, and hence the fee Stamfords earned for selling our property much lower than average, the excellent service we received confirmed that Jas and the team worked as hard for us and treated our sale with the same importance and urgency as if we were selling a very high value property. I concur with many things written in a review by Sapna recently, and won't repeat everything she says, but please have a read of her comments too. I have, without hesitation, already recommended Stamfords to a few people looking to sell their Hounslow properties. I have the highest regard and respect for Jas and the sales team at Stamfords and I hope that all these wonderful reviews lead to their phones ringing with many new enquiries and instructions. Thank you again Jas!

23rd Apr 2024 (1 year ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 25th May 2025 (22 days ago)We recruited Salters Residential to help us sell our property, we knew as soon as we met Alan Salter, that we wanted him and his team to act on our behalf. We cannot provide enough praise to the whole team – we definitely had everyone in the office involved in our tricky chain sale at some point of the process. Alan and his whole team work in synchronicity, they truly have been the backbone of our sale. Everything that could have gone wrong did, everything that should have been easy wasn’t, no fault of the SR team. We had massive issues with the lower part of our chain, which really traumatised us, made the situation frustrating, stressful and it was all hugely anxiety driven – we really did feel broken. Alan and his team supported us over 8 or so months, and we have been so lucky to have had them working day and night and sometimes over hours on our behalf. It's difficult to see what happens behind the scenes of a ‘normal’ sale transaction, but because we had a really tricky time of it, we saw how hard Alan and his team worked – the endless hours of calls between us, our buyers, other agents and solicitors. Not to mention the email correspondence that comes with it. Emails from the SR team to us were always consise, professional, informative with up to date information. We always came away feeling well informed about what was happening within the process every step of the way. There is definitely merit in mentioning that these guys will do anything for you plus more – they do not give up, they remain positive for you and keep a cool head at all times. They have consistently been our sounding board, and voice of reason. Had it not have been for Alan and the SR team and their support and friendlship along the way, we seriously don’t think we would have made it. The SR team work in synergy and you can really see this, whenever we had a viewing (there were many) the feedback was instant – you wouldn’t have to chase to ask what viewers thoughts were. The follow-up procedures and keeping in touch protocol is one of things that sets Salters Residential apart from the rest. We’ve dealt with other agents before, but never have we seen a team that works so authentically, respects the client, is fully competent and acts in their clients best interest 100% of the time. We were so pleased we liaised with SR and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again or recommend to others looking for support and hand holding along the way.

26th May 2025 (21 days ago)Suela Kingji has been the most irresponsible person I have ever dealt with. I’ve been repeatedly calmed down by my partner not to take action, but today’s experience went above and beyond — unfortunately, not in a positive way. Since placing an offer to rent the flat, I’ve been ignored, had calls unreturned, and messages unanswered. On the day of key collection, no one seemed aware we were collecting them, and no one contacted us — I had to chase it myself. The property inventory hasn’t been completed within 29 days and had taken place at 7pm on the day when I had most personal items in the property. The requested deep cleaning promised by Suela wasn’t done. Issues raised during the viewing — such as electricity problems and missing bulbs — were ignored, not done after we moved in. My fiancée found broken glass pieces on the carpet. The bathroom electricity doesn’t work properly, and now, just 1 day after moving during the long weekend, the power has gone out completely and can do nothing about it as today is bank holiday. I found an email in my spam folder explaining that it’s a top-up meter, which I cannot access or top up today because didn’t have account and it’s bank holiday - so tonight staying in previous property over night. Absolutely awful experience. I hope Stirling Ackroyd management will pay attention to what extend this has gone.

And if you're in the process for that amount of time, you really need a team you can work with. That's what we experienced in our time liaising with Kearns Residential.
